PickMaster Plectrum Punch - Make Your Own Picks

I had this punch only a couple of weeks, then it broke. The nice shiny top piece of this punch is the part that actually cuts the pick out of your credit card, but it is made out of pot metal. Mine broke towards the bottom of the part that cuts the pick. The part that is stamped "slam". When checking the packaging, there is NO warranty for this item. So, I posted about it on facebook and even completed a review on their website, but so far I have gotten no response. They do not have an email address on their website and I am not going to make an expensive long distance phone call to only find out that they do not warrant their product. I would NOT purchase this item again.

Broke almost immediately

I received the item today, and sat down to make some picks. It worked fine for about 5 minutes, making about 20 picks, before a pin holding the punch together broke and fell out. Cool idea, but not well made at all. I'm returning for a refund.

The product is a great design however the particular unit I received has a defective cutting blade. I do not think that is the case with many of the cutters they sell because the product is very heave duty and the overall design is much better than other cutters on the market. .
