If you are installing this in a U.S. home, you will need to order additional adapters as the ones provided do not work. Suggest ordering
2 of BOWSEN Pipe Fitting Adapter Female G Thread 1/2" to Male 1/2" NPT Thread, Solid Brass Lead Free. The threads on this Shower set are British (G) standards and will not work in the normal plumbing found in the U.S.. NPT is what you need. We also had issues with the valve and had to order a different brand completely as the valve was not deep enough to be installed between dry wall and tile. The cost rose quickly. We ended up using the shower head and the hand-held. While this set looks great, beware the problems you may run into.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

DO NOT BUY THIS. Every joint and fittings (supplied with the product) at the diverter leaks. My husband took apart a redid 3 times. This has wasted nearly an entire weekend when we could have been working on the rest of the renovation of our bathroom. Countless trips to the hardware store for parts that are now useless and can't be returned. Stick with brand names. I guess it's what I get for ordering because it was cheaper. Too bad too, the rain head is super nice. And... it didn't come with any instructions either. The brochure in the box was for installation of other products.

If you read what other people are saying about this item, that live in the U.S. its true. the fittings don't fit and you need extra parts. between 1/2 and tile work, you need 5/8 for proper fit. With the valve being so large, it doesn't give much flex to work around. This is the second time I have re done my bathroom, seeing I am starting over in my house. I highly recommend just spending the extra few dollars and purchase a complete set at a local hardware store or a big box store. I will cut so many problems from your upcoming project. I will be returning this item.

I read reviews in advance, so I knew I would need to buy the conversion fittings. But even so, this was a really difficult install. Installer finally had to use a glue on the threads to keep it from leaking. Then when it was finally not leading at the valves any more, it looked and worked great. UNTIL, about a month later, the colors stopped working. Now it's only red. No blue or green. I know it looks great in the pictures, but honestly, sometimes it's just NOT worth it. You've been warned.

The faucets are awesome. Unfortunately, they are not complete. There is no drain kit and the standard drain kit that a well-stocked plumber would carry is not compatible. Finding something that will work is actually holding up the closing of my house. We are still going to have the most awesome looking master bath in town!

Too Much Plastic and Not Enough Brass

This shower system looks great, but its made almost entirely out of plastic. The showerhead seems nice--its heavy brass and it looks great. All the other parts are cheap plastic. I returned this system and ordered another that was made mostly of brass (all parts except for the hose).

The fittings were wrong and the first showerhead only worked on hot water.i contacted the seller and was sent a replacement the second showerhead the lights didnt work.the third showerhead worked perfectly ! The process was a hassle at first but the seller responds fast and has no problem fixing any issues u may have asap. I can finally say I love this showerhead !! The blue means cold green for warm and red for hot .this is an amazing product if u can get it to function properly !

It's a show stopper!

Exactly what I was looking for for the hall bathroom. Paired with the hammered copper sink it looks amazing.

I thought the sink would be the center of attention but this guy steals the show hands down.

Plumber had no issues as it comes with everything you need to hook it up.

I would recommend this to anybody looking for a WOW piece for the bathroom.

Ships from China. Took about 3 weeks to get here but so worth the wait.

It's a show stopper but DO NOT BUY THIS! It was installed by a professional plumber and yet one morning after very little use it just exploded! A guest turned the water on and it EXPLODED. The gasket in side broke and water just exploded out of it. I mean a flood. Water everywhere until we could turn the main water valeve off. Yes, they sent us a new one for free but no way did we use it.

Looks great on a sink but beware.
