I have been using it for two weeks and have noticed it is easier to urinate and empty my bladder than before. You do have to be diligent about doing the exercises but it only takes about 15 minutes a day if that and seems to help. Definitely takes the guess work out of it. All you have to do is log your uses.

Poor explanation as to how the product works. The fact you need tl be fully erect to even use it is not explained and also disappointing if you are purchasing this for ED reasons. Don't waste your time or money on this unless you're able to produce rock hard erections that last for hours. And, of course, that alone would make you ineligible for this stupid contraption.
