Very Nice Unit

This is my second iShower device. I purchased the first unit four years ago and used it every single day. The speaker finally got static in it so I purchased this new unit. The fact that I bought a second unit will tell you that I like it. It emits a clear crisp sound and can get quite loud depending on the recording. This unit does not seem to have the same Bluetooth range as the first unit but it is adequate. I don't mind changing the AA batteries when needed. It is no problem at all. And I have been using the device for a month now and the batteries are going strong. The unit will alert you when they are getting weak. The unit paired fairly easily with my iPhone and it pairs each time I turn it on. This unit lets you take and end calls. I haven't used this feature yet because no one has called me while in the shower. But I can see where that is a great feature if you were expecting an important call. I also like the mounting system. It is very sturdy and will not let the unit fall, plus you can lift it off of the mounting system if you want to use it somewhere else. It has a convenient stand that holds it upright built into it. The controls are easy to use and it does have a clock feature. The unit lets you skip forward and back for songs and accept and end calls. A nice feature for the future would be to be able to access Siri so you could make a call or access a certain song. Over all this is a very nice unit and it has a clean look to it.

Was not expecting it to run on AA batteries, as most of my bluetooth devices are rechargeable. However, 1 set of batteries lasted probably 5-6 hours worth of run time, though this is merely a guesstimate.

iShower2 arrived today as promised. The three batteries enclosed are nearly dead. Replaced them. Unlike the first iShower I bought that quit working after some time, THIS one won't even START UP. New batteries, whatever. Wonder if it has already been used and returned before. Trying to return it now but am playing Hell finding how and where to send it to. ALSO no enclosed 3 year warrantee as purchased. This is a bad purchase and now I'm beginning to think it's a bad company. The first one worked really well and then just QUIT. No drops, no damage, I still have it, but the replacement THAT I PAID FOR, won't even start for a first time. I am not a happy customer.

Bought it 2 years ago for $99 as gift for my husband and he used it a had full of times said it was a pain and the sound isn't good. So I started using it. It sucks the life out of batteries pretty quick. I was using it 1 hr a day and the batteries lasted a week. The sound quality definitely isn't the best but it isn't the worst.
