Had a problem with toaster elements getting hot. Emailed company replaced the toaster no charge. Other wise the picture on the toast is great. Happy customer

Great gag gift, but do try to get as clear a photo as possible. The results on the toast are not that sharp, so you cannot necessarily identify the person unless a) you know who it is, or b) you have the photo nearby so people can compare and say, "Oh, yeah - that's him!" But it's a funny concept and worth the bucks.

The gourmet in my house doesn't like it, but I love the pithy little sayings under my marmalade. The darker the toast, the clearer the design. (If you don't like dark toast, you may not like it as much.) I love the "take your pills" insert, and I'm going to get a custom one with my favorite presidential logo. (I was going to get Democrat and Republican candidate logos, but that turned into a very expensive joke, and so I'll need to save that idea for the 2018 election.)

This was purchased as a gift for one of my clients. This client always joked about how the bank owes him a toaster for all his business! So when I was funding and signing docs for his loan I presented him with this toaster! Instead of putting his face on the toast stencil we had it made to be his business logo. Not only was he super impressed he now has the toaster in his office for his clients to use! He says it's been a hit and everyone loves coming by for toast! Early morning meetings are also now fun in the office and the staff enjoys the branded toast!

The toaster is very light and seems cheap but works and toasts the bread perfectly! I was very interested to see how a face would turn out but the client didn't want to make the stencil his face!

Next time another customer asks me for a gift from the bank I will purchase another toaster and make it the customers face! I think that too will be a great hit and perfect gift!

Excellent customer service. The photo was easy to send through my email the Photo of my father in law came etched looking exactly like him in his sailor suit in 1941. great detail. The toaster did not work properly, their customer SERVICE is AWESOME! They quickly offered a replacement without requiring me to return the broken toaster. Such honesty in a company is wonderful, somebody notify Clark Howard!
