My mother-in-law & I made my wife a cake for her birthday. I surprised them both with these candles. Big laughs all around. There are party accessories that go with them, too. A word of caution: the candles are fairly thin & may be a bit delicate. Have two candles on habd lights on hand to light them quickly...and don't light them until you are ready to bring out the cake. They melt QUICKLY! Try putting them in the freezer overnight until just before use. If you don't, then #$%& you. ;-)

I would've given 5 stars, but one of the candles came broken. I managed to try 50 ways to get the letter to stick together, what worked? Nail polish lol! It was a great laugh for the family, but needs better packaging for less broken parts.

Melt way too fast

These candles were cute and look exactly as described, but they melt incredibly fast. I wasn't even done lighting all of them before some of the letters started melting beyond recognition. We had to tell the birthday girl what the candles spelled out because she couldn't tell by the time we got all candles lit and cake rolled out.

The birthday girl was delighted, but in the time it took to for her to blow them out, the candles were pretty much entirely melted. So while they were effective, I'm not sure they were worth the cost.

The "N" arrived broken, and I had to apply heat to remelt the candle to fuse it back together.
