How do I secure my bath pillow to my tub?
To secure your pillow, moisten the suction cups before gently pressing each cup to the surface of your tub.

My bathtub is tiled or textured, will the bath pillow work?
We do not recommend this bath pillow for textured or tiled surfaces, as all the suction cups need a smooth surface to work properly. In addition, the suction cups may not secure as well on curved bathtubs.

My pillow is cold, how do I warm it up?
Simply pour some warm water on the pillow to warm it up.

Why wonít my bath pillow stay submerged in the water?
Our bath pillow is designed to be air tight to ensure that no water gets trapped inside which can cause mold. As a result, it will not stay fully submerged in water. We recommend attaching your pillow at the water line. This should result in a comfortable position for your whole body.

How do I remove my bath pillow?
To remove your bath pillow, please use your finger to gently loosen each cup individually. Please DO NOT PULL on the bath pillow to avoid damaging it.

How do I care for my bath pillow?
To clean your bath pillow simply wipe the surface with a soft cloth. Allow to fully air dry between uses.

Can the suction cups be removed for cleaning?
Yes! To clean your pillow simply pull on each suction cup to remove it. After cleaning, just pop the suction cups back into the pillow.

What do I do if the pillow does not fit or stick to my tub? Or if I accidentally damage it?
No problem. Please contact us directly for your choice of a refund or exchange. Even if after the Amazon 30 day return window.

GORILLA GRIP.....IT'S ANYTHING BUT THAT and WORSE than mere words express!!!

I am incredibly dissatisfied with this purchase for two reasons:
1) I placed too much emphasis on the overall customer RATINGS and boy can I just tell you that AMAZON customers are truly all over the map on the subjective "softness" "luxuriousness" and just the general level of comfort supposedly offered by this poorly designed & even more poorly constructed bath pillow... PLEASE TAKE RAVE REVIEWS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. Literally 1 tiny grain. Then toss it over your shoulder and look at OTHER OPTIONS. (Seriously)
2) The name GORILLA might seem to some as befitting of a heavy duty, high quality and exceedingly durable product. Well, this GORILLA GRIP Original Spa Bath Pillow is only befitting of the GORILLA GRIP name in that it feels like it was made FOR AN ACTUAL GORILLA to recline upon....not a human with tender skin, in need of some PADDING between the nape of the neck and the enameled cast iron bathtub, nor just the very most basic pillowy-ness that this awful product promises to provide.

Specifically....this dumb thing is made in China and it is truly the lowest quality materials one would NEVER hope to find upon opening the crummy outter plastic wrapper. It is QUITE LITERALLY just two thin layers of CHEAP WHITE VINYL PLASTIC that are HEAT WELDED & cut together (fused under pressure & die cut in one stamping) with a single 1" layer of low density polyurethane foam sandwiched in between. The back of this multi-segmented "pillow" is enhanced with additional rings of the same crappy vinyl that are melted and pressed into the pillow to create each of the suction cup "holders," which are just stiff plastic dimples roughly 3/8" deep and 1/2" around (you can insert the tip of your index finger) and lemme tell ya...... They SUCK AT GRIPPING! Period. They don't grip the suction cups firmly enough to PREVENT the suction cups from pulling right off the back of the pillow....but sadly half the time the suction cups DO STAY ATTACHED to the pillow, they just WON'T STAY ADHERED TO THE DAMN TUB. The remaining half of the time, they pull out of the pillow and STAY FIRMLY ATTACHED TO THE TUB. So....gorilla grip is truly a misnomer and ends up being more maddening than anything else.

But WAIT! There's more...

You get not only a crappy vinyl plastic slightly puffy bathmat for a "pillow" but you ALSO GET THE MOST OFFENSIVE CHEMICAL / PLASTIC / RUBBERY COMBINATION SMELL that will most assuredly NOT go away! It hasn't gone away in nearly 4 months.....and the smell is so bad that even when stored INSIDE THE CABINET UNDERNEATH THE BATHROOM SINK, I can STILL smell the totally unmistakable odor of extremely cheap summertime flotation devices (or an air mattress) that you'd find poolside! (You know how well those pieces of junk hold up...so imagine this *upgraded* with 4 pieces of the most meager foam padding. Yeah. It sucks and stinks....but it will also scratch the hell outta your delicate bits if the damn pillow shifts abruptly and the sharp edges of the cut vinyl happen to find your skin instead of the bathtub or tile.

And yes.....it is WATERPROOF. ISH. At least at first. So.....let's really be super sensible here for one FINAL and HOPEFULLY CONVINCING POINT:

Have you ever tried dunking a basketball or other completely SEALED but INFLATED object and holding it under water? Ever tried FORCING IT TO STAY UNDER THE SURFACE OF THE WATER?? How well does THAT work out before you give up the INSANE and UNTENABLE attempt at sinking the unsinkable??

Well, after you draw a nice warm bath and the level of the water is high enough that it FIGHTS WITH THE AIR THAT IS TRAPPED INSIDE THE FOAM PADDING WITHIN EACH OF THE 4 SECTIONS OF THIS DAMN PILLOW......I'll give you one guess as to WHICH wins! The pillow or the water. My bet is ON THE WATER. Every stinking, aggravating, frustrating, God forsaken time.....the GORILLA GRIP crap pillow POPS RIGHT UP OUTTA THE WATER and EVEN UPON LEANING INTO IT WITH EVERY LAST POUND ON MY BONES, the stupid piece of junk just slips, slides, twists and otherwise REFUSES TO COOPERATE in any way shape or form!

Useless.

Even the cat and all 3 dogs will have NOTHING to do with it. It literally stinks and it is not the least bit PILLOW-LIKE.

I'll add photos later. Not that they'll do anything to improve this review. They will however prove that this thing does not HOLD UP under even rare usage by only one person in the household.

My husband bought this for me because I LOVE taking baths; it's a nice way to relax and unwind after a long day.. but I've recently had some health problems which has caused me to lose a lot of weight and taking baths has become excruciating. Due to the lack of extra cusion back there now, lying back on the porcelain tub was extremely painful on my spine/bones, and I had resigned to the fact that I wouldn't be taking baths anymore. But, GOOD NEWS, this pillow is a dream come true. I wish I had always had this pillow. It's soooo comfortable! I could almost nap in the tub (but don't!) lol

The only teeny, tiny con is that the suction cups can be very finicky at times but it's not a huge deal. Once you get the cups to stay sticking, you're set to you. I remove it from the tub after each use, dry it off and store it in my towel cabinet to keep it from getting moldy, dirty or in the way for others. Easy on, easy off. It's perfect!

I loved this pillow. It was amazing to lay back and relax with a book in the bath without hurting my neck. Unfortunately my cats viciously attacked it and ripped it apart, but I really loved it while I had it. Would order again, and hide when not using.

So if your like me who lives in an apartment you know the bath has little to offer. I was hesitant buying this product knowing I didn't have a head ledge for the top bend to really rest on. But after putting it in my tub and soaking in a long deserved bath(with a black bath bomb as seen in the pic) this item was just what I needed. No stiff neck or sore back. Easy to place and clean. This is something I'll recommend to all.

I've tried all sorts of bath pillows shapes and sizes an 95%really aren't all that comfortable an to boot I do have that pain in the butt tile that nobody likes an the majority of pillows will not stick to cause they magically line up the suction cups to be jus right over the tile grout lines(im sure they do this on purpose too) This bath pillow is by far hands down the best bath pillow I've ever gotten.it stays on the tiles and the tub I don't feel that hard corner of the top of the tub digging into my back and shoulder blades .those other pillows render what's suppose to be a quiet, book reading mondo relaxing soak after a hellish day into hot sweaty an a stinkin uncomfortable bath that makes me feel like the swamp monster crawling out of a bog grumpy as hell ready to chase ppl out of their campsite.this pillow let's me actually relax fully into the bath(fell asleep a couple times too lol) the pillow itself feels pretty close to a stiff memory foam pillow wrapped in a soft vinyl plastic feeling material. thanks gorilla grip folks for making a great product that is very comfortable easy care an wash an doesn't make me wanna hate everyone an everything on this planet

The best tub pillow!

This bath pillow is wonderful! I had the blow-up terry pillow and ditched it for this, and I am so glad I did. This pillow is extremely comfortable and the best pillow I have ever tried. It looks as though it would attach easily to any tub. My tub is curved, and there was no problem with it conforming to my tub. It stays put with no slippage. The suction cups hold very well. If you want to remove it, I recommend peeling the suction cups away with your fingernail to prevent ripping the pillow. I recommend removing it an placing it on the side of the tub to air dry so to prevent any mold from building up behind it. I highly recommend this bath pillow, it is the best I have tried, you will not be disappointed.

My wife has been looking for a bath pillow for some time, we've tried a few over the years but none of them quite did the job.

This Gorilla Grip pillow did the trick. Did not give it a durability rating as we just got it and it's only been used twice, but by the looks of the material it should last a long time and with their guarantee and replacement policy, my recommendation is to go for it.

I Have A Nautilus Tub And Never Could Solve The Head Rest Issue. This Is So Terrific I Stayed In The Tub For Over An Hour! (No I Didn't Drown....But I Did Think I Died And Went To Heaven! LOL!)

I like to listen to music when I use the jacuzzi. Usually the noise from the jets is too loud for me to enjoy my kindle fire even with earbuds. This pillow is great. It buffers the tub so that the noise from the jets is minimal. The pillow also cradles your head and neck in a very relaxing position in either a conventional bathtub or the jacuzzi. It allows you to anchor your body so that you don't have to float in the water.

The pillow is made with very good materials. The suction cups hold fast throughout the entire bath. The plastic is solid and won't tear unless you are careless removing it from the tub. Heed the instructions on how to remove it from the tub. It's not necessary to remove it after each bath because it does not collect soak or other residue under the pillow, even hardwater scum can be easily washed away.

I highly recommend this product.

We've tried a variety of bath pillows in our household and this has been the most comfortable. We only have a small ledge between the top of the tub and the back of the shower wall, but the extra pillow to go over the ledge makes a huge difference in comfort. It also isn't getting mildewy easily like others we've had. Stays clean. Would recommend over other bath pillows.
