Nice idea, poor sizing and cut.by Mountain Medic (3 out of 5 stars)

Neat product but poor sizing.
I'm 6'1" 239 and I'm too tall for the XL (that says it fits up to 6'4")
There's lost of width inside but too short and feels cramped at night.
One other fatal flaw... with no stretch in the bag when you roll over there's um... a lot of let's say "bunching" going on.
Between my feet wanting to stick out and my crotch getting twisted up in the night it's just not comfortable.
Nice idea, quality etc okay but badly sized/ fitted and not comfortable at all.
Loungewear, not for hiking or cold environments

1) SIZE: If you're planning to leave the feet on, then buy a size up. I'm a 5'9" male, medium build, and the Large size bag is just barely big enough to sit in; bringing knees up farther (e.g., bending forward while sitting) causes bad binding around shoulders, hood, legs, etc., plus creates cold spots wherever it's tight. Removing the boots does help relieve some pressure, but if you're in an actual cold room (below 60), you will definitely notice the draft up your legs without the boots. 2) TEMPERATURE: I spend a lot of time in a very cold room (40s-50s) and I need to remain fully dressed (sweaters, even thermal underwear) under the bag to stay warm. That said, the bag removed the need for the layers of blankets I was having to work around, so I don't regret the purchase. 3) DURABILITY: I don't see this fabric lasting five minutes in the woods. One twig and you're done. SUMMARY: This "Lite" version of the Selkie bag is for a laugh while lounging around the TV; it's not really active-wear or cold-weather gear. If that sounds good to you, then buy big and have fun.

WELL...to say that I'm obsessed with this would be a grave understatement. Every minute I'm not in this thing I'm dreaming of it. I show pictures of it to people who I see in public (which inevitably means I'm not wearing it..tragic) like a proud parent. Which is sad because I'm an actual parent and people ask to see pics of my baby but instead I make them look at pics of this suit.
The countdown to selkbag tattoo begins.
Do not walk near the camp fire in your walking sleeping bag

I like the fact that it is light weight, however, if you are planning to wear it near a campfire, I'd not recommend it. I wore it around the house a few times and occasionally sleep in it because it is a walking sleeping bag. I was chilly in the house and wore it in the kitchen. Bad mistake, I got splattered by popping grease and now I have four burn holes in the sleeve of my walking sleeping bag. My guess si that it is safe to say that this item would not protect you in a heated situation. My stove is electric, I do not smoke. One good thing is that even though the material melted, I was not harmed.
Love this thing!

I bought this as a "gag" gift for the family (bought in multiple sizes) for a camping trip (in a cabin). Huge success. Even better - they work great! It was super cold the night of their debut. For some reason the wife wouldn't wear hers, and the kid fell asleep rather quickly, so she didn't wear hers. Guess who the only one who was warm that night? THIS GUY!
The feet things zip off - which is awesome. IF I have to make any upgrades they would be a harder foot piece - rocks are pokey and hurt the feet, but I wore my boots to walk around, so no real issue there, and an easy access area for bathroom trips.

This winter me and my family started a GoFundMe to help our local homeless neighbors. There are many people with disabilities and because of the cold nights they get very ill. I choose this product because of the quality. People like it, it's warm and easy to use. I am hoping to raise more money and to able to help more people :-)

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! So comfy and warm! I wear it watching movies on the couch, setting up Christmas lights outside and cannot wait to use it camping!! People will be so jealous at my happiness!
I'm never taking this off!

OMG! Finally! A sleeping bag that you can wear around the house! This item is so cozy and warm! I'm never taking it off 😁!
Aside from that, the quality is excellent. For reference, I am 5' 6" tall and ordered the large. The bag is roomy and has plenty of space to accommodate someone taller, and that's just how I wanted it to be.
seems like a great product!

I have not used this yet but I did try it on and can't wait to give it a try. Seems like something I could wear camping, around the house on a cold morning! Super cozy, not too thick. I'm 6' 0" and ordered an XL because I was worried that the Large would be too small when I sat down. I would rather have a little extra room.

I bought this for my wife this winter as we have different ideas of what the temp of the house should be. She would hardly leave it when she arrived home from work! We are a bit goofy so walking around the house like the stay puff marshmallow lady isn't an issue for us. I'm sure next camping trip she will opt for this over her sleeping bag.
