Light, sound, attentionby nick (4 out of 5 stars)

To get the light to kick in you must play the music a little loud and the hook design ear bud dosent like to stay in depending on your ear shape and size. Other than that I love the look, sound, and attention you will get wearing these. They make a great icebreaker for conversation and you will turn heads. Finally, they sound top notch for the price just be careful with the cord it is delicate to hard bending.
The blue light is awesome!

I was so excited to try these. I have a lot of headphones but they are big. I carry my Apple earphones in my purse so I have something to use if I am stuck somewhere and want to listen to something.
These are wrapped really neat. They come in a box and in the center you will find a pouch, like a jewelry bag, and that is where they are. Touching them, they feel neat. They remind me of oxygen. If you ever had to wear oxygen up your nose, the wires will remind you of that. There is a tag letting you know the fiber optic cable could break if pinched.
I have been wearing them in bed. I like to watch movies falling asleep. I love using these. I usually start with the light on and turn it off when I start to drift. Yes, you can turn the light on and off at the control. You can turn the volume up and down and also next track. The control area I am not that impressed with. It does have a clip so you can put it on your clothes but the smallest dirt does not come off the controls. I had touched something and then the controls and it stained. I tried to clean it but it looks worse.
Please not that they come with three ear pieces. It comes with one on the headphones and two in the box. You also get a USB charging cable which is a really nifty cable, never seen a cable like this one.
Comfort wise, I like them. I usually don't like things in my ears but these provide an incredible seal! I feel like I am underwater they block out noise so well. When listening to music, the light is cool to look at. I thought it would change the color faster but the factory setting is mild. However, you can download the app for the headphones and control how quickly you want the flashing to occur. You can also change the brightness of the color higher or lighter. In the app you can have the light pulsate to only music, always on, or keep it off. It also can act as a photo taker but I have not used that part.
I love listening to music and watching the flashing light, it's fascinating. I myself love the blue light. I believe they make two other ones, one is red and the other color is blue.
When you put them on, you might get confused. I have to read what side is L or R on the earpiece but when I do, it's easy to put them in once you know you have the correct side. I store them in the pouch they came with and plan on taking them with me on my next vacation which is will be in two weeks. They are small but powerful, I'm impressed.
Wanted to add I tested these on my iPhone 6S, my iPod Touch, and two Android devices, an Honor 5X and a LG5. They sound great will all the devices, no issues with any of them.
Cool lights, standard sound!

The Glow In-ear Headphones is cool tech to have if you are in the market for, well... cool tech! However, as everyday use earbud headphones, they are rather run of the mill. So... form without function is art and clearly, the Glow In-ear Headphones is ART! They LOOK cool, they have a very cool glow in the color that you buy (blue for mine) and they radiate a vibe that says,"Hey! Come party with me! I'm hip, I'm cool!" With the app, you can control how they pulse with the music among other frilly settings. The Glow In-ear Headphones also has a huge disc control thingy that lets you skip, pause music, as well as control your camera snap. The disc also houses what I suspect is the battery for the light show as well as the USB micro slot for charging said battery.
Now, I'd like to give these earbuds a three star due to the fact that they cost a whopping $170 for sound that's a bit below the threshold of $60. The sound from the audio drivers are fuzzy and sometimes tinny in the upper range and almost non existent in the lower ranges. The highs are great and maybe that's why they sound tinny while at certain points of a rock song, the crash cymbals disappear into a mesh of soupy sizzle. The bass does not punch at all and I'm not at all referring to the artificial BEATS or BOSE bass punch. I think the audio driver is just rather weak.
So, yes, the Glow In-ear Headphones is gimicky and cool for party people. I imagine it's also great for nighttime activities as it lets people see you from far away. I just hope the $170 price point is not set in stone.
Cool Novelty Headphones

If you're the type who wants to be noticed while listening to music via headphones (usually a very solitary activity), these might be perfect. In fact, these are some cool looking headphones.
They are headphones with clear wires (kind of like oxygen tubes), that, when turned on, pulsate a vibrant blue following the beats of the your music. They feature a remote control "disc" which allows you to control volume and, I think, next track. I say "I think" since it just paused the track on Napster. Also, the disc control has a clip to clip it to your pants (or whatever).
You can use an app (Android and iPhone) to control the basic features (and more) too. The app allows greater customization, but is pretty buggy at times. You can use the headphones without the app, however.
The instruction manual is helpful and to the point. The headphones charge via a standard micro-USB charger and the charge lasts about 8 hours. The buds rest comfortably in the ears. They work via a headphone jack (sorry iPhone 7 users).
What about the sound? It's pretty good. I can't say that I entered a new sonic landscape or suddenly appreciated my usual playlist on a level akin to a psychedelic drug. They promise "crisp highs" and "deep bass" and that is true. But, it's nothing too special.
Ultimately, these are novelty headphones, but still very cool. There's nothing wrong with sticking out and being noticed all while listening to music on fairly high quality headphones.
However, I've given it 4 stars because of the price. As of this review, the price point ($170.00) is way too high for decent sound and glowing wires. I like to get noticed, but not for $170.00 headphones.
Nonetheless, if you want cool headphones with good sound and have lots of money to spare, this is for you.
I LIKE them, but do not LOVE them. Great for late night work/ walks/ outdoor anything!

Fantastic headphones for a late night walk with the dog! So totally five stars there for the safety aspect! Sound quality could be better I think. The fit of the ear pieces is pretty good. I have had more comfortable ones from the likes of the current BOSE SoundSport wireless headphones. Especially for the $200 price tag. Yes, I received these for free to review... but my job is to let you know an honest opinion. For the price, I think these headphones could for sure improve on sound quality. I'm not aware of any other headphones that light up like this, so if I were always outside at night working then I'd probably do something just like these! I totally like these... I just don't love them.
They Keep Me Safe When I'm...Jogging At Night

These work as advertised on my Android phone and on my Kindle Fire. They glow and on the Android phone the controls will play/pause and change the volume. That didn't seem to work on the Kindle.
I was annoyed they don't really work on my older devices. I tried them on my old Sansa Clip MP3 player and another even older MP3 player and while the sound comes through any jostling of the cord creates static for some reason. I'm not sure why that's the case. It seems pretty silly. The curly-cue things outside the earbuds are kind of annoying too. I assume they exist so you can't put the earphones in too far but conversely they seem to keep them from staying in very well. Maybe they work better if you have differently-shaped ears than mine but mostly I've found them a nuisance. I can imagine that if you're trying to use those jogging or something you'd have to keep putting them back in.
The glowing is neat though it's kind of disappointing each one only glows in one color. Why can't they rotate colors? Maybe that will be in the next version--if there is one.
Amazing!

Very bright, strong and the sound quality is just incredible. Great for midnight joggers or trick-or-treaters.
