There is promise with this device. With future firmware upgrades, functionality is likely to be added that will make this device usable for the common man. Today I would not recommend it to other than early adopters. I have used it for about 150 miles of biking in central London. City streets are far too complex to rely on navigation from this device. You have to keep going back and relying on the app on your phone, which negates having the device in the first place. If I have to keep relying on my phone, there is no real use for the device. I look forward to trying it on country roads where there is less complexity, and the device should be able to cope.

This was exactly what I needed for off road 4 wheeler navigation! Once I set it up and figured out how to calibrate it is tested it. I had to calibrate on my bike because I can't lift a 4 wheeler up to 90 degree angle! I was concerned there calibration wouldn't be accurate going from bike to 4 wheeler but I was careful to keep the same orientation. Then I took off thru very dense jungle ( I live outside of Houston and it's brutal in swamp) but the BEELINE GOT ME BANK HOME. IT WORKS! The v only reason I don't give 5 Stars is setup and ease of use. You still need to carry your cell with u to tell it c where u want to go and you do have to remove it and recharge. I had a bit v of v trouble with the silver connector for the handle bars... But bottom line it works OFF ROAD.!!
