Honestly I love this little thing. It makes the perfect sized pancake and as long as you time it right it doesn't stick or burn. First one I put in too much batter but once you figure out what works it's amazing!

The kids absolutely love having waffles with a little character. We previously had a character shape waffle maker which looked great, but required a delicate touch to get tiny shapes out. This waffle maker is much better because the waffles come out easy. Also, this waffle maker is easier to clean ham the one I had before. For me, this was an improvement.

Cute but didn't work

I returned it because I couldn't get the plates to snap in. I emailed the company and they tried to be helpful, explaining how to work it. I tried again but mine was likely either defective or it's not as simple to use as they imply. It's cute though. I just decided I don't have time to play with it.

This product sucks. It doesnt brown evenly and takes 10 minutes plus just to make 1 pancake/waffle. So forget about eating as a family...

We've only used the waffle function so far. But the waffles turned out wonderful. And the recommended measurement to add to iron is wise! We overflowed... messy.
