I'm giving this 5 stars because it is a spectacular concept and absolutely hilarious. Is it well made? No. But I don't buy a costume like this for longevity. I buy it for a photo or for a costume party. No, it doesn't come with the wig -- just read the description to find that out and then quit bellyaching when the wig isn't in the box. Forget the wig. You'll get much better photos without a wig if you work at getting your dogs to "sing" with this costume on.

When my order arrived it clearly had some defects so I exchanged it right away for another one which is simply perfect. So quality control is clearly an issue. Again, I should deduct a star but the costume is just too perfect and amazon's return policy is too perfect so I waited an extra couple of days for the perfect version of this. If you know that in advance you can plan accordingly. In other words, don't buy this two days before the event you need it for.

BOTTOM LINE: My only regret? That this does not come in a size to fit my dogs. They are both 60 pounders and I know they would look awesome. Instead, I used this on some shelter dogs I photograph. Don't expect a well made durable piece of clothing for your pet. Buy this for what it is -- a hilarious costume -- and you wont be disappointed.

I really wanted to like this: it looked like an amazing costume for my dog. However mine arrived with the top portion of the guitar cleanly snapped off. I knew I was making a gamble buying from a seller with no verified purchases and who has negative feedback. Maybe it was Amazon's fault because there was no protection inside my package and yours will come in just fine. Also, it doesn't come with the wig (which I would have known had I read the product description). Returning.

Size Large fits my 18lb chi mix. Just waiting for a smaller size to arrive for his little brother to wear. They will be a band for Halloween.

The whole reason for buying this stupid thing was the WIG ..which it SHOWS PROMINENTLY in the photo...and yet is NOT included. I re-read the headline and yes, it states "Without" wig.... and I understand technically that is correct.... but it's pretty easy to miss that.

This is super cute. I ordered XL, box said XL but tag on costume said L. It is super tight and will be returning and reordering. The right hand slides up and down the guitar. It is not fixed like the left hand. I didn't read the description and was expecting a wig but I does not come with one.

Solid & luxurious pet costume

This costume was an absolute hit!! When I bought it I didn't even realize the guitar was actually real (though it was just a cloth imitation) which made it look really solid and luxurious unlike lot of other per costumes. My dog is 9 pounds and the M size fit great.
