Love this incense holder! It's smaller than I'd anticipated, but not any less perfect. There was a lot of liquid residue after the first use but it's in the back, mostly.

Solid piece. It's not actually connected to its base, so you clean the inside of it out when necessary. The effect is exactly as advertised. I had a pretty good laugh the first time I fired her up. It still makes me smile every time I use it. She'll be a permanent fixture! Very satisfied!

Stains with soot, not real ceramic, more of a strange clay mix. But works nicely, looks beautiful and hasn't broken even after my cats knocked it over off a top shelf and hit a hardwood floor. Good buy.

This is my first time ever trying a back flow incense burner. I'm not quite sure why it came in two pieces however I absolutely love it!!!

With it being my first time trying backflow incense and also a backflow burner I wasn't quite sure how to get the incense to flow from the trip of the incense down through the hole and out through the burner I had to research it.
