The only regret I feel about this purchase is that I will never be able to properly express how much joy this silly thing brings me. For a wholly reasonable price, you can have a Porg--a PORG! True to advertising, the little guy makes the sounds just like the ones in the movie. It flaps its wings and chirps, has incredibly soft fur, and is extremely, stupidly cute. True, you can hear the little mechanism whirring as the wings flap, but the pure happiness you feel as you watch it move overcomes that minor annoyance. We're only a month in (somehow?), and I'm almost certain that this will be my best purchase of 2018.

If you're on the fence because you, too, are a fully-grown adult holding down a full-time job and being responsible, hop off of it and buy this. Life's hard, and you deserve a Porg. (Also, it's only about 10" tall and 6" in--diameter, I guess?--so you can easily stow it away as needed.)

Love this adorable toy! Purchased for my older teen son after commenting he wanted a porg when we were leaving the theater after watching Last Jedi! As to another buyer who was disappoint that her porg only made one sound and not the 3 as advertised...flip the toy over and move switch from "Try me" mode to "On" BTW his shitzu puppy loves the porg as well (cue the Chewbacca noise!)

Oh my goodness. I bought this on a pre-order not knowing what I would get. It is amazing! Very well made. The fur, face and wings look real. Love it!

I bought this as a gift for a friend and she loved it! I didn't fully read the product description and thought I was just buying a Porg plush. If you poke his belly his wings flap, mouth moves, and he makes movie noises. There's a switch on his butt you can use to set to off, on, or display mode. On gives different noises while display mode just does one noise. The thing is soft and fuzzy as well!

Cute Star Wars toy. My kids call them poo poo owls. It flaps its wings, moves its wings, mouth, and screeches when its tummy it pushed. My daughter plays with it like a baby doll daily and hasn't needed batteries yet after 3 months. It seems like a nice quality toy, it has turned out to be a favorite.

I love this thingI fell in love with the porgs and had to buy one. I was expecting a smaller product to be honest. I'm so excited over this little guy. For being an ac tiom plush it's softer than I was expecting. It's not as creepy as furbies. The only down side is you can kinda hear the movements of the mechanical parts. After it makes noise the mouth continue to moves. But I'd recommend it. It's a cute little thing. Size comparison to my kindle in the picture.

Very realistic depiction of the movie's Porgs (if that can be said about an imaginary creature). Adorable, with an expression hard to resist. Soft & cuddly too, despite the sound producing mechanism inside. The sounds are interesting but limited to two varieties; most of the time I turn the sounds off to conserve the batteries. I cannot provide information on the toy's durability when played with, since I bought it for myself! (I'm a big "kid" with some gray hairs, who loves the Star Wars universe & stories.)

If you're looking for a Porg, I think this is the one to get! The fur & features are a very nice quality----he makes 3 different sounds while opening/closing his mouth and flapping his wings. You can replace his batteries & turn him off too!
