Very disappointed.by Carlos Saquieres (1 out of 5 stars)

Very disappointed. We own this now for about 5 months. The entire thing is ripping a part to the point that I'm requesting a refund and is true it get moldy very fast.
The side got a hole about 12 inches long in it. We have used at home only with my 3 daughters.
Kids loved it!!

My husband and I bought this for the boys birthday present and not only did they love it, it was a huge hit at the party! The oldest child that was playing on it was 15 and I must say after what all the kids put it thru it held up very well!
1. Safe, I like the fact it had an enclosure at the top of the slide so the kids couldn't fall off
2. Sturdy, holds up very well
3. Very easy to set up, it is a bit heavy, but after we got it laid out on the ground it was up within 3 minutes
4. The only reason I gave it an overall 4 is because it is kinda difficult to clean the bottom out. We found the best way is to let all the air out, then sweep the bottom out.
5. The shipping was very fast, we actually received it earlier than we thought we would.
Not a big fan of Kidwise

First, I have to say I am very annoyed with Kidwise. I placed my order with them, and for weeks the amazon website said it was in transit. As the time to expected delivery became closer and the item had not even left the warehouse, I inquired. Turns out the oversold the item, and had no idea when they would get more in. Apparently they had never even planned to let me know. No apoligy. They just tried to sell me another one of their waterslides, which because of poor reviews I did not want. They were going to give me $20 off for my trouble. Hardly worth mentioning. I had ordered the item for a birthday party which was fast approaching. So I had to order through another third party seller and pay hundreds of dollars extra for overnight shipping in order to have the birthday party as planned.
As for the product, the jumpy house is so small, that one child could barely jump, if 2 are jumping they will hit each other. But the most irritating part about this product is the slide. There is a sheet that covers the slide that is attached by small pieces of velcro placed intermittantly down the slide. Well, this does not keep the sheet in place. If the sheet falls off, the slide is not slippery enough to keep a child sliding down, and they get stuck. So I have to continually fix the sheet EVERY time a child goes down the slide. Very annoying. I can't even stay sitting down to watch the kids. Creates a lot of work for me.

I was surprised at the size because i was a little doubtful of it only being 8 feet tall, but it was perfect for my 2 year olds party. I had abt 15 kids ages 2-9 and they all loved it. Slide has a good "ride" affect as they slide down following the curve. Easy to set up and put up.
Be Warned... It Can Get Moldy!

We have owned this for a few months now and have used it several times and at many different family parties! The kids LOVE it and it has passed the durability test... HOWEVER, be warned, that if it is not 110% dry when put away, it WILL get moldy! We thought it was dry when we rolled it up after a party a couple weeks ago, and when we opened it the following week it had black MOLD all over it!!! Cleaned it with bleach, vinegar, baking soda etc., and even though the mold is gone, the stains remain. We no longer want to share it with friends because it looks awful, but we'll continue to use it in the backyard.

I bought this wet/dry jumper for my 3 children ages ranges from 4-8 years of age and so far it has held up pretty well. I was a bit disappointed in the 'actual size' of the whole unit, I guess I thought it was going to be a bit bigger, but I guess it's ok. I have to say it is very easy to set up and take down and drain water, we let it dry out in the sun and fold it up, it's pretty easy. It's not very heavy at all, I almost always have to set it up and put it away on my own, so I like the fact that it doesn't weigh a ton. The kids love it, they stay cool and have a blast. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone with little ones.

I looked and looked and read and read on these and diff inflatables. I ended up choosing this one. Kinda wish I would have choose a bigger one. My kids are too big for it now. It was over 600 dollars, so not pocket change. Not sure what to do with it now. Not sure how to resell it, do people buy these things used? If I did it again, I would have bought a double slide. This is good for 2 to 5 yr olds. Good luck

My husband and I purchased this inflatable waterslide and bouncer because it looked quite a bit more safer than many alternatives for the price. The only access to the slide is through the bouncer. There are footholes and hand grips for the child to use to climb up to the top of the slide. The entry to the slide is enclosed with secure netting on all sides, even the top, except for the entry from the bouncer. This was a huge selling point for us because we have a 3 year old in addition to a 7 year old. Our 3 year old has fallen climbing to the top of the slide, but he falls onto the air filled bouncer so it is very safe for little ones. It is just like jumping in a bouncer because it is one. However, the slide itself could be safer. I would like the rail to be a little higher, but I think it is suitable as it is as long as children do not climb up the side and lean off of it.
Set-up is very simple. I highly recommend placing tarp down below the unit to protect it from sharp things on the ground and also to help it stay clean. The base of the unit is 14.3 feet by 12 feet. This does not include the 4 feet long tube that attaches to the blower. The longer side is the one that has the slide. Water tubing is attached from a water hose to the top of the slide. Turn the blower on first to let the unit fill up with air, then turn the water on. Your kids will have a blast!
Clean up is a bit trickier. I turn the blower off and let the unit deflate, then empty the water out which is not as easy as it should be. There is one drain on the unit, but if it is not set up on level ground, then draining the water requires manhandling the unit. Once the water is out, the unit must be reinflated and dried for at least 30 minutes. Water does get into the unit, but we have had no problems with it yet because we really try to give it time to dry before putting it away. Some days I leave it out in the yard and just protect it by folding the tarp over it. Putting it away is also easy, as there is a large carry case to place the unit in. I have had no problems putting it up and I am a woman.
Additional features: The unit comes with two velcro balls that stick to a target on the side of the bouncer. There is an entrance to the bouncer under the slide in addition to the front entrance. Inside the bouncer is a hoop for playing ball. There is a ring to crawl through to get to the slide.
Overall, our kids (and the neighbors) love this inflatable. I am glad I don't have to worry about the kids getting hurt on it. Our kids are entertained all summer with this, and hopefully many more to come!
UPDATE 5/2014:-----------------------------------
There is a massive tear (approx 3 feet) along the base of the entrance to the bouncer where the the base vinyl is stitched to the floor of the bouncer. The repair kit is ill-suited for a repair of this magnitude. The repair kit comes only with small plastic repair squares and with slightly larger vinyl repair squares that need to be sewn onto the tear. Since our location looks more like the vinyl ripping away from the place where it is sewn, I am not sure what to do.
Will update if I am able to repair it, otherwise I am very disappointed in the quality of this bouncer.
