Poster was fantastic. It was a gift for my father in law who is notoriously tough to buy for but he seemed pretty pleased with it (and trust me, he's not afraid to tell you what he really thinks). Anyway the print was on thick high quality paper with a matte finish and was packaged well. Also, I collect concert posters and will be reusing the tube it was sent in since it was so nifty...

When I opened it, the poster was not printed ...

When I opened it, the poster was not printed on the paper listed. It was printed on some flimsy fibrous material. It was completed blurry and and the text was unreadable. It was also listed as 18x24 so I had bought a 18x24 frame and it was short not filling the entire frame. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Very unhappy.

Perfect gift for a musician! Beautifully made!

I ordered this poster to place in a frame for my 19 yr. old son as a Christmas present. He is a musician and plays many instruments. I have to say this is beautiful! The poster is heavy weight paper and very well made. It came in perfect condition and I will add Pop Chart Lab items to my regular gift purchases every year. If you know someone who loves music, this is a great gift!

I love my poster, and the quality is great. I'm rating at a 3, because it was shipped after it was already suppost to have been delivered. It was delivered over two weeks after purchase. I know this is probably not the normal service Pop Chart Lab provides, but thought everyone should be aware. I contacted Customer Service and they were happy to help, which was nice since I was pretty frustrated. Despite it being annoying, I would still probably purchase something from them again.

Writing is small

Great idea, but the writing under the guitars is way too small. I can barely read who used the guitar, which is one of the cool things about it. A little disappointed.
