The concept is fabulous. When you can get it to work well, its great. But the batter has to be just perfect for the results to be worth your effort. Plan on some major prep and a long breakfast.

Griddle arrived damaged (with a long scratch). No response from customer service. Used it anyway. When it does work it is okay but it is a lot of effort and a lot time for not so great results The product does not live up to its advertising by any stretch. Frankly we get better (consistent and reliable) results from our kids Mickey Mouse waffle iron. Even though it is limited to the one image. Suffice to say, stay away from this product.

would be nice if a scan card already had pictures available . very time consuming. works better if you have touch screen to trace items for pictures
