I remember when I was young they used to have these products and they were much better; at least you were able to read them. This Ball was so bad, the liquid was a dark blue and I couln't even read what it said. Do yourself a favor and don't by this item. The only good thing about it, was the cost. No great loss when I threw it out. What a waste.

Not very happy at all.

I had been very excited to get the last one available and was looking forward to using it at work to be a smart-ass.

But when I got it and opened it up I immediately noticed small blue spots on the inside of the box.

Then I picked it up and knew why... the weight wasn't right... all the liquid inside had leaked out.

But there wasn't enough of a stain for it to have happened in the box, so... I'm guessing it leaked out before it was even packaged or shipped.

Was a little worried after reading other reviews complaining about not being able to see the words inside the ball. Overall we haven't had this problem so long as we are in a well lighted room. My son liked this and has been playing with it off and on since getting it.

It's more snark than sarcasm. The ball seems to be overfilled with fluid, meaning that you have to give it a REALLY hard shake for it to do anything. Even then, half the time the corner comes up against the viewing window. I like most things from Accoutrements, but this ball was not among those things.

Waste of money

Waste of money. Water inside is too merky to tell what the ball says. Not happy at with this purchase at all. I was expecting it to be like a magic 8 ball. It's designed to be like a magic 8 ball, but doesn't even work.

I purchased this as a present for a friend - when I received it, it was leaking purple dye before I even got it out of the box. It hadn't cost much, so I decided not to deal with a refund and just didn't give it to my friend. Cut to a year later and great minds think alike - the same friend got this for me...and this new one was leaking purple dye without us even taking it out of the box. This is obviously a continuing problem and Accoutrements needs to take this product off the market.

Very cool take on your traditional Magic 8 Ball. Instead of giving you sensible answers, it replies with negative, sarcastic, insulting answers....in a jokingly manner, of course. Would make a great gag gift. I got this for my son who has a very sarcastic attitude and he loved it from the get-go. The price can't be beat. The delivery was on time. I would order from these folks again. The product is a lot of fun for kids and adults alike.

Great gag gift and a lot of fun. I only gave it four stars because it is a little hard to read the answers due to the colors used for the interior of the ball. Still worth the cost for the fun we had with it. Adults are sometimes easily amused. LOL

As always, these arrived right on time with Prime Membership(I love me some Prime Shipping :)). I purchased this for my 15 year old because he is a Magic 8 Ball fan and of course he is very happy with it. It's fun little toy. Nice solid quality like a Magic 8 Ball. Would/have recommended to others. -Holly
