The end popped

I understand that all slip and slides are made really cheap now a day, but the end popped on this after about 1.5 hours of 4 kids playing on it.

Slip-N-Slide

My grandchildren are having a great time with this slide. Not the most durable of water slides out there but as long as it lasts the summer it was well worth it.

Was a great 15min toy! 1 time use at most.

OK, I know kids can be rough. But,15 minutes in,there was a hole in water entry point & 1 of the 2 ride on's (Raft?) The picture makes this thing look A LOT longer than it is. It does say it is 16ft long, so they are honest about that. But, look at the picture....??? Come on. Unless the kids playing on it are MINI's, the one in picture is no way near 16ft long. The kids still had a blast for the day. I had to manually spray it with the hose & they could not use the ride-on's because one was flat in 1st 15mins....but that was all before tossing it all in the trash at the end of the day.

Horrible Purchase

I set up the slide the day of the party and it was broken! The seam of the slide was cut. The slide is much shorter than it appears on the picture. Don't buy it!

14' on a good day
by H. D. Asadow (3 out of 5 stars)

I bought this particular slide because it says "Huge" right on the box. It also says it is 16' and the picture makes the kids at the end look really tiny and far away. Well, I measured, the one I got is BARELY 14', and that is including the landing area not the slide itself, that is only about 10'. So if you are looking for a "huge" slide, this is NOT it. Other than that it is okay. These never last very long.

False Advertising

HUGE??? [...]. Take in consideration the height of an average child, the picture makes this slide look at least 30 feet long, NOT!! As multple others have stated, it is barely 14 ft long. I know why they lie, to sell more products, but wouldn't you think it would eventually backfire on this company? I bought one slide last year and it was fun, but for some reason this year the prices are almost double!! It is flimsy and won't last long, but it is fun to use. Just bear in mind it is nowhere near as long as they make it out to be and it won't last too long, and with that realization you have a much less chance of being disappointed.

False advertising!
by Caroh (3 out of 5 stars)

This slide is MUCH smaller than the picture on the box, and also several inches shorter than the 16ft advertised. My children were severely disappointed. No matter which camera or angle the photo on the box is taken from, there is no way it could be the slide in the box!! The "runway" of the slide is probably 1/2 the size it appears on the box. For the [..] or so this is usually priced (even higher in some stores), it is way over-priced. It's durability remains to be seen since we just took it out of the box today. I would take this back to the store, but we bought it at home before flying overseas to visit grandma......I did buy a second one that is unopened at home -- I will most likely return that one when we get back.

seams rip, not durable, too short, don't buy
by S. Savage (2 out of 5 stars)

This slide lasted one hour with two 45lb (5 & 6 yr old) children playing on it in bathing suits, nothing sharp. The seam connecting the two slides ripped out and now the water just runs into the pool at the end and onto the lawn. They are still using it but have to splash water up on to the sliding plastic so it gets slippery. I bought this on clearance at Target last week for $1.49 so I don't care but I would be mad if I paid $10 or more for this trash.

I agree with previous posters, this is a very short slide.

cute mini-kids

If the slide in this picture is 16 feet long, then the kids pictured on it are about 18 inches tall. I haven't purchased this slip n slide & won't b/c the photo-shopping they've done in advertising is a joke... albeit a funny joke if you're in the mood.

Fun Slide

My 7 yr old nephew and co. loved the slide. Its great that you don't have to pour water on it to get it wet, you just hook up the hose. The little boogie boards it comes with are a great idea but one had a hole in it. The slide is kind of short so best for younger kids. I'd reco it. Its a good price!
