I have all the Violight products and this is one of my favorites. If you share a razor with anyone or even just yourself this is a must have. Great for travel and at home.

Does Not Work

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband and it did not work out of the box. I sent an e-mail to the manufacturer and got no response. I would demand my money back but I don't really feel like going through the phone calls for $30.00.

I honestly thought the batteries were bad so I bought new ones. That was not the problem though, this product is just bad. Buy at your own risk, but the product is so cheaply made.

Arrived non-functional, save as a razor case

Highly recommend some level of quality assurance by Violight. Product arrived packaged in pristine condition, but item did not function at all. Tried several new batteries, no luck. Tried pushing in the latch button (that should have triggered the light), no luck. BTW, Gillette Fusion does fit... as far as LENGTH is concerns, but the neck width would seem far to wide for daily use by the rubber grips.

It's work, but I have to shake it!

The delivery time was good... it's nice... but surprise, don't work... Until I shaked it. I thought about battery, but not. It seems the door-contact doesn't work fine, so, I move (shake) it and the light is on.

The company should improve it beacause it's nice and a great idea.

I bought this for my husband who has to shave everyday. I really don't know if it is working or not as it is not too long ago when I bought it.

But the item does look fancy to give as a gift.
