After reading the reviews on this product, I was pretty confident it would perform properly. Just in case, I ordered 2. We had a church event, which was one of the highest visibility events of our year. No sooner did we put the soccer ball out on the field, it started to deflate. The 2nd one partially deflated too, but made it through the day. We have kept them both, patched one and filled them both yesterday. Today, one is totally flat again. I'll return it. Hope our event tomorrow has a fully inflated, functional soccer ball. The kids love it.

I was nervous ordering the ball and then when I got it and began filling it up I thought for sure I had gotten the wrong size bladder. I re-read the instructions and decided to fill the bladder more and before long it filled out the fabric. I have been known as the fun coach on our U6 soccer league and now with this ball there id no doubt who has the most fun. My kids played with the ball and 12 kids all kicking and jumping on the ball and it held up great. Great ball and a lot of fun.

Fun toy;
but after just a few hours of play, it sprung a leak. After a few more hours, it burst apart.
Now that it's apart, I can see that the plastic inside is pretty thin (0.050"); kind of like a big balloon, ready to pop.

I used this giant soccer ball as a prop in our local civic days parade. It looks great and the size is truly impressive. It stood up to having kids roll on it, bounce on it and kick it back and forth across rough pavement.

My son loves it! Great quality & strong! You have to make sure you fill it completely at first and it seems like you're going to pop it but you're not! If you don't the cover will be too big.

Really have been enjoying this item, the kids haven't destroyed it, it was shipped quickly, easy to use. Everything I expected out of this purchase.
Super Duper Humongous Soccer Ball

We use this ball for our VIP Program (soccer program for players with physical or mental disabilities). First, when the ball arrived - totally deflated - the package felt so heavy, that my initial thought was that we would not be able to use the ball for our youngest player group. I was afraid that the fairly heavy 3 feet tall ball would knock over the 5 year olds as bowling pins. On the contrary though: the youngest group LOVES the super duper humongous soccer ball! They don't really kick the ball, they just push the ball around and hang against it.
Pumping up the ball with an electric pump didn't go so well, especially not for the last couple of inches when the ball needs to stretch itself into the cover. So I bought the Coleman Large Dual Action Hand Pump (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009PUQGE) and that works just great. I have to deflate the ball partially to get it out of the house, since the widest door opening in my house only measures 35 inches.
