Not a huge help in the Master built 30" digital smoker - doesn't really let you cook any more ribs than just laying on the shelves because you will lose 1 ò

Or 2 shelves in order to use the rack. Not stable on the wire shelves. More trouble than it's worth.

Easy to clean, wish they were wider

I scoped out a number of rib racks before buying these. Any grill item such as this with right-angles makes it harder to clean, so these appealed to me. They're great. My only gripe would concern any rib rack, I wish they were wider as smaller racks can tend to fold over a bit out at the end. But they saved space on my Lang 48" that I needed, so I am happy overall with my purchase. The chrome after first use still looks great, time will tell. Good deal for the $$ for sure.

Great rack for smoking ribs

Basically you can use this to smoke/barbecue 4 full racks of ribs (assuming you have the horizontal clearance, or in my case with a smaller grill i use this to smoke 2 racks of ribs cut in half. The slots are rigid and wide, so it separates the meat well and gives you enough space to fit them even after they are wrapped in foil.

And the best part of the rack. after smoking ribs for 6 hours I let it cool and tossed it in the dishwasher. It came clean after 1 cycle through, and my dishwasher is the cheapest one you can buy.

I read the reviews and still decided to buy this rib rack. I smoked 3 full size pork ribs on my 20" bullet smoker. I started the ribs out on the bottom tray with this rack. Then using the 3-2-1 wrapped them up and re-racked them. Unwrapped and easily transferred the ribs up to the top tray using this rack. No problems. It is on the small size, however, it worked well for me!

My husband smokes meat as a hobby. We recently bought him a new smoke and he wanted racks to hold ribs. We ordered these and they worked great! The ribs were extra tender & juicy because the heat could circulate around them. Our family loved them! These racks were also easy to clean - which is a huge plus in our book!

Could be a bit longer!

I found this rack to be a bit too narrow. If the racks of ribs(baby backs) you are cooking are about 20 inches (50cm) long, they are not well supported by this rack and they rest on one another. That may not be a problem for all people, but for me it did not work well. The next time I use it, I will try to cut the racks of ribs in half so that they may not flex onto each other. Hoping to have a better result next time!

The space on our smoker is a little limited but this allows me to make at least 3 half slabs as I can put another 2 halves leaning against the sides. It's also pretty easy to clean up.

Didn't work for me

I purchased three of these racks to smoke 9 large racks of St. Louis ribs. The racks did not work well for these long ribs. The slabs were laying on each other and the smoke wasn't able to reach all of the surfaces. This might not be a problem with shorter racks of ribs, but I probably won't use these racks again.

Works well when you cut a slab of ribs into 4 sections. Bought 3 but never use more than 2 so far. As others mentioned, would like more if they were a little taller and closer together.

Well built but to short for full size ribs

Nicely built but a little short for long ribs, might be OK for baby backs since they won't flop over on the short support hoops.
