I ordered this rush delivery one day shipping for an extra fee, for a party that we are having today! It didn't come with the forks!! The chafing fuel does not fit in the holder and I got two different sizes based on the reviews. The item I received doesn't look exactly like what is pictured. It's much smaller. I spent a lot of money on this and it's not even going to work for me. Please help make this right.

It arrived broken!

This is ridiculous!! It arrived broken (see picture). I'd read other reviews complaining that it arrived broken, but I'd been hoping those were a fluke. They weren't. I'm so frustrated...I'd been hoping to use it as a Christmas present. Don't buy this.

Not the Hershey S'more Maker

I normally don't send in reviews however I needed to for this one. I ordered this to replace the Hershey s'more maker that I purchased on eBay that arrived broken. This item arrived fine but it is not the Hershey one. It's smaller and the logs don't come out like the Hershey one. I was specifically looking for the Hershey one, so I could replace the broken one I received. And it's also non-returnable. Thank goodness Amazon has the best customer service. Otherwise, I would be out the money. I'm sure this works fine but, if you're looking to purchase the Hershey one, don't purchase this

Great S'mores Maker

This S'mores Maker arrived on time and in excellent condition. It's actually larger than the photo makes it out to appear, but it's a great size, I was glad it was bigger than expected. We have it on our kitchen table. The ceramic plates that it comes with are sturdy and what makes them quite nice is that you can lay your roasted marshmallow on the plate with it's stick, and sit in the groove, so that while you make your sandwich, your fingers don't get sticky. You never need touch the marshmallow. Cool. I used the sterno 2.6 oz fuel. It worked well, although, my only complaint is that the entire top portion where you place your marshmallow didn't get as hot in all places. There was only one really hot spot. We only used it once so far, not sure if there is a remedy to that, so the entire space above the grates gets the same amount of heat. It seems quite safe, as the flame never goes above the grates. It does take longer than a typical fireplace/firepit to get your marshmallow brown, but overall, it's a great design, real fun to look at and unique for entertaining. And of course great for kids.

we are avid campers and this fun little kit brings some of the fun indoors and during the winter. We have found they take a very, very, very long time to roast over the grate, so we generally sit them in the hole and roast them just above the sterno can. I had a hard time finding the small sternos and then just stumbled across them one day at the hardware store. Of course they are also available on amazon.

I received one of these as a gift 10 years ago, my kids still use it. I purchased this for a gift for a co-worker with small children and he absolutely loves it as well as his kids. Hopefully they will use it for years as we do.
