I wish I had these back in high school
by Mike (5 out of 5 stars)

These are the perfect sunglasses for a lifelong gaming addict such as myself. They are a tribute to the glory days of pixelated 2d graphics, an era of gaming I greatly respect and adore as I grew up with all that!

Anyone could wear these glasses.... but it's us life gamers who REALLY deserve to wear these. Proudly worn on my head, these glasses are a wonderful testament to my highly developed hand-eye coordination, well, and my lost social life.

Some kids had friends in school, I had nintendo... it was way better. Don't tell me I need to get a life, I got plenty of lives in Mario thank you very much, so I'm good.

As sunglasses I think they are pretty good. But I don't get out much so I rarely see the sun anyways, so I can't say how they compare to other sunglasses, as these are my first pair. No joke, these are my first ever pair of sunglasses... I am in my 30's. =D have a nice day.

Awesome to Look At - Extremely Fragile

These glasses are super cool and I really like the way they look, but they broke the next day after I received them. Upon closer inspection, the plastic frame is very thin at the inside corners of the lenses right next to the bridge, and any kind of torque on the frame - such as taking them off one-handed, apparently - will cause them to snap at this structurally weak point.

Considering how cheap they were, I might end up ordering another pair and just being extraordinarily careful with them.

Nerd glasses

I've had these for awhile and, granted I don't wear them for a very extensive time, have not had an issue with them being too fragile. They have been tossed around my room quite a bit. They don't seem like they would withstand a lot of abuse but with what you're getting it seems kinda to be expected. The plastic is a little light. They also fit my face quite fine :)

I have been getting some looks

Everywhere I go people are complimenting these glasses. At work, they all want them. Girls are drawn to them as they would be to a cute puppy, and if you happen to have both then this could actually be a problem. To quote a great man, "See, when you're a hero, people wanna be you. They wanna do you. They wanna be you while they do you.Be careful, because if you don't give the people what they want, then they'll divorce you, they'll take your sweet dirtbike, and they'll leave you with a no-good loser for a son."

So give them what they want. Buy these. And Jenny Matrix might just notice you.

VERY HOT ITEM!!!

I purchased these for my kids an nephew, avid Minecraft video gamers! I reordered some more for my online store, Pink Coyote Dreamcatchers as a novelty item. I sold out immediately! Love these glasses and the microfiber bag to protect them. As for the others that left feedback for cheap plastic frames...they aren't made like Oakley's, they cost $5.00, so with that said they should be stored in a hard case if you plan in throwing them in your backpack, etc.. As far as size is concerned they are actually big for my 8 yr old, she models them in a picture at my PCD store. I would attach picture here if I could from my phone. Hope this helped a few of you.

Large frame
by Mel (5 out of 5 stars)

I have a small head, and the glasses are big and wide, so they look a bit goofy on me. They would be perfect for someone with a normal sized head, and they fit comfortably on someone with a large head as well (tried them on someone else who has a large head). I don't mind looking goofy, however, they still fit well enough not to fall off, plus isn't that the point when you are rocking retro- pixelated glasses? I love it! They work very well as sunglasses, they really block the sun quite well so you can see while driving. My other sunglasses don't work well in direct sunlight, but these work wonderfully.

Great for the price!

I really enjoy these glasses because they are stylish! They don't block out bright sun very well for those of you with sensitive eyes in bright lights. They seem sturdy, but I have to admit that they are fragile. The glasses snapped at the nose when I opened the arms slightly to put them on. This is the same way I put on all my other shades with no problem, but for these, they can't handle the pressure. I will definitely order a replacement and keep in mind that they have no give for bending like that. What do you expect for $3 glasses though?

I would still recommend them given the price. You get what you paid for, but in this case you get juuuust a little more.

So much fun!

I love love love these. They work for blocking the sun, and they're extremely nerdy-stylish! They seem to be more delicate and brittle than other shades, but I've been treating them as normal sunglasses and they haven't broken or gotten scratches yet. The nose is a little weird to get used to at first, but it didn't take long to get used to it and it's just fine now. Overall a super fun, nerdy product!

Wouldn't pay more than $15 for these.

Although these glasses are fun to wear out to catch a few looks, they are slightly uncomfortable on your nose, as one could imagine. The pixels at the bridge of the glasses aren't sharp, but they aren't soft rubber, either. This is a design obstacle that the designer really did the best they could to overcome.

The joints on the glasses seem very stiff and cheap, difficult to stow on your shirt collar.

One of the lenses on mine was not tinted all the way, so there was no tinting on a small corner of the frame near the bridge.

I would recommend this product as a gift or a fun novelty to wear around a mall.

I love these and when I wear them I get nothing but comments. Now I am also the type that is always wearing sunglasses so people are not surprised or confused by me wearing them. Be aware that these are no armani or Oakley shades, they are plastic and a little stiff. I can see how if you happen to have one of the heads that don't fall under the size "one size fits all" these may be a tight squeeze.
