Functions as you'd expect. I was afraid all the napkins would go flying when you try to take one, but it works well if you take from the middle carefully. Good decoration.

Looks nice, but functions horribly. You literally have to think about how to grab a napkin out of this thing without having the rest of the napkins flying out.

i got this for my girlfriend that loves sailing. if you put too many napkins in it the "sail" looks like a bunch of napkins stuffed into a slot rather than a sail.
