I liked them, however, your tv I have a 18" Vizio MUST have Audio Jack holes for red/white RCA plugs that come with unit. I went to my living room where I do have these jacks in my 38" Vizio. However, I did "not" like the volume level I maxed it out but it was still too low for what I needed. Needless to say I am returning them, mostly because my flat screen doesn't have RCA Audio out puts. One note I never did get the parts to "sync-right".

The best wireless T.V. Headphones we have ever owned ...... Our old ones wouldn't work after our new neighbor moved in next to us with every electric device known to mankind . The static and interference on our old set made them impossible to use . These New 2-4 GHz headphones are crystal clear at 20 ' and even work downstairs on our 1st floor , Awesome Reception , volume and Sound Quality ..... These are real keepers !

Wife loves it because she cant hear a thing while I'm right next to her so she can do her impression of a saw mill. The sound quality is excellent and the charge lasts for many days for as mush as I use it. Really like the three colored idiot light that tells me its charging , charged, or in use.

Unlike other head phones I've used this Brookstone works perfectly. The volume control easily adjusts volume; the head phones are very comfortable; and work even when in another room.

After 4 cordless headphone models from Sennheiser (from the lowest to the top RS 180) and being VERY disappointed (especially with the digital RS 180), I searched for something better. Sony looked good but their non-replaceable battery (lasts 2 years?) is a deal breaker. Other brands had too many obvious drawbacks and bad reviews. Happened on the Brookstone cordless phones with just 5 reviews but all very positive, so I took a chance. Winner! The Brookstone cordless phones (analog, 2.4 GHz) are not quite as comfortable as the Sennheiser RS 180 but very acceptable. The sound is, I think, better than any other analog cordless models I have previously tried -- loud, clear, and steady throughout my one level home in the AZ desert and even in the immediate front and back yard. They do not seem to be bothered by appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, vacuum, etc. One caveat: these phones will not work or will only work sporadically if I have my computer's Router turned on (it runs on 2.4 GHz and also 5 GHz). I had to find that out by experimentation. But turning off my Router is, for me, an acceptable downside when I get to enjoy great, steady sound (classical, B'way musicals, & pop) anywhere in my home, even when vacuuming at the far reaches of the house from the transmitter. My two German Shepherds now are puzzled that I seem to be attempting to dance and sing while pushing the dreaded Dyson vacuum cleaner around the place. Very happy with Brookstone! Love these headphones!

These headphones are wonderful. I am at the age where I have to turn up volume on television so high that it annoys everyone else. Grandchild complains he can't hear his computer game, Husband complains because noise is so loud it woke him up and he was upstairs. They will be sorry when I'm dead but meanwhile THANK YOU BROOKSTONE!

Operation fine- instructions a bit lacking for me.

Very happy with operation, instructions a bit lacking.

Purchased for TV in bedroom.

The instructions really never say to plug the audio plugs into the TV's audio out ports or into the cable box. I fought accessing the TV's ports, finally plugged them in, then no operation. %#*€£ !!!! So then I plugged into the cable box audio ports. Worked immediately.

They never mention to plug the two sub-harnesses together at the 3.5mm end either.

How about a little more directions ?

Brookstone made me happy. I have headphones that work all through the house. I dont even need c c they are so clear with voice. I can't say enough good about Brookstone headphones.

I gave 4 stars only because they seem to take a little more time to charge than advertised.,but after extensive research to find headphones to allow me to watch tv after my wife goes to bed I chose these. For the money I think they are an excellent product and the added advantage to being able to listen to mobile devices at a louder volume than the earbuds that never seem loud enough,I am completely satisfied.

I would recommend them to all who are looking for this type of product.

I've had a number of wireless headsets in the past, and each has had its own issue. This set, however, proves to overcome all of the past issues. They're comfortable and quiet - blasting them doesn't bother others nearby. Recharging is the best I've seen. When the headset is placed on the transmitter, there's no fussing around to begin the charge. It just starts.

For the price, I can't think of any reason not to select these.
