I absolutely love this little thing. I use it for my sponges in the kitchen and it adds a hint of humor to my sink. Worked nicely as a pen holder, but the trunk/drain was under utilized for me so it turned into a sponge holder and I never looked back.

This particular one though showed up in a horrible looking state, I had to purchase a second one on Prime to get a NICE looking one for my mother (as this was originally intended as a gift for her). I kept the dented/dinged one because it just wasn't giftable. All in all its a nice product, but this particular seller shipped it in absolutely horrible packaging and I wouldn't recommend. Spend the extra few dollars and get the Prime based one, you'll be much happier with your choice.

While I expected this product to be a little cheap, I wasn't prepared for just how cheap it could be. It seems to have been poorly painted and forced together - the interior white piece of the elephant's trunk, for example, appears to have been molded improperly, so there's a glob of extra plastic attached to it. Because of this, the gray plastic exterior doesn't fit around it, but it was nonetheless shoved together. This is causing the seam in the middle to split apart. I've also noticed the strong odor that other reviewers commented on. Overall, this is a cute item, but not worth the $10 spent, and its functionality is questionable at best.

I dont' know what I expected, but this item is just ok. It is cute. It would be better if it had some kind of suction cup on the bottom to secure it to the counter or the sink, it easily overturns. I kept it, but, really, it's not worth the money.

i thought it was just gonna be this cute little decoration in my kitchen, it holds a good amount of silverware without falling over. of course you have balance it so it stays. The little trunk is the lowest point on the inside of the elephant so all the water will drain to it and out, letting the utensils dry sufficiently. so all in all it's super cute, does what is supposed too, and was worth every penny.

I need a cutlery holder and this one had a really cute design. It is really cute in real life, but the only thing is--I wish it had rubber stoppers or something on the bottom. There's nothing to really secure this or hold it in place, so if you put too close to the sink--it slips with things in it. Really cute design..just wish they had rubber stoppers or a heavier bottom to hold it securely in place.

Love it! It's exactly what I needed for my kitchen set up. It does tip over if the utensils are too long but it's just me and it clears up space on my cabinet rack.

It's very very light, so kind of easy to overload and send it tumbling into your sink. But because it's plastic, no damage! You just have to practice putting things in it a few times to understand the best way to balance it out, and then it works perfectly with the water draining out the little nose! I was thinking about adding some weight to the bottom just to anchor it a little better, but it's really not that big of a problem.

Love it! Works great, and it super adorable. The only thing is that I don't know why I was expecting it to be ceramic (there was no indication of this anywhere), so having it be plastic was a surprise, but makes more sense since it is always wet. Sturdily built, I don't anticipate any problems down the line.

Was hoping it would be of better quality. It's plastic, which I would have known if I had read more. But great idea. I will make the greatest use of this, but really think if this was to be a good product. It should be made of better material. Something that won't easily scratch or break as it is really thin plastic. It needs more weight to I as well.

I bought this more for the cute factor than the function.

Nevertheless the little one sits right on my sink and makes me laugh with every use.

Sometimes I must put something in it just to see the water spout.

This would certainly be perfect for someone with limited counter space in a small kitchen. Easy to put your tableware in the holder and let it drain.

Love it! Holds more than I thought it would, hasn't tipped over either. A slightly raised rear feet would be the only thing I would add, plan to go to Lowe's & buy a set of small rubber stick on, to tip it just a bit forward.
