As always I'm skeptical of any product claiming to enhance some bodily function that is still not very well understood by science. After reading some of the reviews here I figured I would give it a try. The overall appeal came at the hands of the product mfg who kept away from outrageous claims and focused more on what we do know regarding human sleep and the supplements known to work in tandem.

After a solid week of following orders my dreams quadrupled in length. Also, I had at least two to three different sets of dreams. It makes sense that what's inside the pill simply delays the mechanism for exiting REM. It does work. I don't feel the product "provides" you with dreams but rather enables you to dream much more easily and at extended lengths. That notion is what makes this an easy pill to swallow......... *cue drums*

The only drawback is following directions. I get up at 5am every morning to feed the cat (yes my cat, if I don't feed him then I wrestle with kitty mischief and end up wide awake) so I take the pill then and wake up around 730am. I'm able to fall right back asleep as long as I keep the break concise.

Try it. It's been bizarre yet fun thus far. Especially the outer space ones ;).

Tossing and Turning all Night

These pills actually made me sleep horribly, at least the blue pill did. I tossed and turned every night I took the pills and it just felt as if I had my eyes closed but was not sleeping the entire time. I'm going to try just the red pill tonight and see how that helps but I have not been able to sleep taking the pills as instructed. Not worth the $30 I payed for it's far...

Unexpected side effect

First off, this supplement worked very well. The first couple of nights my dreams were more vivid than normal. The third night I had incredible lucid dreams that I remembered in detail after waking. I have always paid attention to my dreams and kept a dream journal so I think that preparation is important. It probably won't work if you don't generally remember dreams.

Secondly, ingredients in this supplement affected my moon cycle and caused me to ovulate 10 days late and accidentally become pregnant (side note: calendar tracking is not an effective method of birth control). Surprise, mugwort can do that. Now I have a three week old baby! Thank you, dream leaf! A real life dream come true. Thank you for helping me enjoy my last nights of sleep, ever!

This works if your curious. You still have to train yourself to lucid dream, but yeah uve had a total of 12 lucid dreams. They are intense and very vivid. If nightmare you will be scared!
