Nice, but...

I bought these as a gift, unfortunately the play 2 mug was broken when I opened the box which is a shame because they seem like good, quality Mugs. The image quality is good and they are nice and thick. Honestly, I don't want to have to send them back for a refund. I'd rather just get a replacement mug. But it wasnt an option on the refund page.

So if you plan on buying these just know that they are nice Mugs but may show up broken do to the lack of packaging in the box.

I love these they were a couple gift. There is no chipping or fading yet and I've had them for a couple of years. I don't have a washing machine so they are hand washed, and I've never put them in the microwave.

I was looking forward to these mugs, yet the player 2 mug was broken upon arrival. Gonna try to buy again, and hopefully the next set won't be broken. Very mad and disappointed.

Update: after the third try, finally got both mugs in one piece.
