Designed for use with all M-LOK compatible mounting locations, M-LOK polymer rail sections provide a cost effective method of attaching various 1913 Pica tinny spec rail-mounted accessories such as lights, vertical grips, etc. Injection molded from a proprietary reinforced composite for enhanced strength and durability while remaining lightweight, rail sections also feature beveled ends to reduce snagging and eliminate sharp corners and edges. All hardware necessary for attachment directly to M-LOK Slots on either aluminum or polymer mounting locations is included.

I think I should have gotten the aluminum one...

I think I should have gotten the aluminum rail. I just used this at the range to attach a QD bipod and noticed there is forward/back play movement from my rifle. I know that everything is properly screwed down and tightened. Upon closer inspection, I couldn't tell whether its this polymer rail that is bending slightly or whether its the Magpul SL carbine handguard that is bending slightly at the last slot under the gas block. Its not the bipod and QD attachment for sure though. Either way, I wish I had spent the few extra bucks for the aluminum model as I also plan on attaching an aluminum vertical grip to this rail when not using the bipod.

These rail attachments were just what I was looking for to mount a couple of bipods on a couple of AR handguards. They were simple to mount, mounted securely and with confidence, and they are lightweight to boot (the polymer construction doesn't seem to be a compromise in strength or versatility, only weight). Pro Tip: Tighten the bolts nearly all the way down BEFORE you insert them into the rails of your handguard. Leave just enough room for the bolts to swing clear of the hand guard. When you start to tighten with the hex/Allen wrench, they will rotate about 90-degrees and then stop. You can then tighten all the way down.

I mounted this on my CZ Scorpion (with micro kit). I have a laser/flashlight combo mounted on it. Excellent for mounting those extra gadgets on.

Tip on installation: Put the screws on partway, then insert/rotate the nuts once it's inserted into the slot.

The M-Lok system is great. Quick and easy to install and completely rock solid. I used this to mount a bipod to my Magpul Hunter 700 stock. It doesn't get any better.

Great part. Mounted on 10/22 takedown to allow for bipod installation (or any parts for that matter). I didn't know what mlok meant. Apparently it means "this won't sit flush without a special slot," but I just sheared off all the special mlok parts and it works wonderfully for my application using only the supplied hardware.

Unusual application

I needed a small rail to attach my Mantis-X training system to a pistol magazine base. I bought the thinnest metal OEM baseplate and glued on this Magpul 2-hole 3-slot M-Lok polymer rail section. But first filed and sanded the lugs off the bottom to make it flat. Used a C-clamp to hold them together and a pipe cleaner to remove excess glue in the hole. I was careful to exactly align one of the M-Lok holes with the mag plate release button for future disassembly. Works like a charm.

Works for me short - was not hard - but NOT easy - wish they sent a wrench that fit their screw - and wish the screws went in easier they seem to tight ? Assume is the be tight and cut in the polymer to stick and stay - but it is on and what I wanted for the space. Thank you Amazon - one day service - better than going to store !

Good quality rail and hardware. Only 4 stars because I had to shave down the hardware because it reached my barrel through the low profile handguard. Scratched the barrel and the gas block a little bit but that's my bad. I see why people aren't a fan of M-LOK now, haha! I think I'll stick with keymod after this.

Disappointed, attachments loose

I like the idea of the magpul attachments but i bought 2 of these and the width is not the same width as my picconny rails. I have both a bipod & light that i tried several differant mounts and they dont tighten up on these rails. But they tighten up just fine on all my other picconny rails no problem.

I put this rail section on a 22 rifle M-LOK fore-end. Fits, fairly easy to install, and lightweight, but still strong. Just what I needed. It doesn't come with the allen wrench for the screws, but I have many of those floating around.
