Great little drive. Stuck it on my keyring, and it weighs nothing. Most of these pin drives give you a dangly chain to hang it from your keyring, but those chains break, allowing all your valuable data to fall unnoticed into a storm drain, or elsewhere. God knows how many times this has happened to me. This thing is durable, puts up with all the times ive dropped my keys and it still works. Dont expect massive amounts of storage from a drive this tiny, but it will do the trick for most needs that come up. Gives me extra room to store photos, music, movies, whatever and holds more than I could have asked for for a drive that small. The phone feature is the real awesome feature of this thing. Gives me the opportunity to load all those files on here while running around, getting ready for work, and then load them into the phone later in the day, as I need them.

I've had this for one day so far. Here's my initial feedback:

Mechanical Features: Small, compact & rugged. The mounting ring is very sturdy and should survive being attached to my keychain very well. The robust outside casing, however, also contributes to a very tight squeeze into all the USB ports I tested. I would recommend sliding it in gently to avoid damaging the solder joints on your computer's USB connector over time. The microUSB side does not have any fit issues because it is exposed. The cover on the microUSB side seems quite snug and I have no concerns that it will fall off over time.

Electrical Performance: Copying a 1.5GB file through a USB3 port consistently took under 1 minute. Windows 7 reported the data transfer rate to be, on average, around 30-ish MB/s. Interestingly enough, when I performed the same exercise on a separate computer that only has USB2 ports, I still got the same data transfer rate. Having said that, this is still a huge step up from my previous USB 2 flash drive that took 9 minutes to copy the same file. :-)

Works great in my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. However it does not work in my Samsung Tab 4 or in my son's LG phone. I mostly use it with my phone but it would be nice if it worked with my tablet.

After some research, I found there are a multitude of "current" devices which do not support OTG. I can't fault SHENZHEN for this. Their flash drive works great on my phone (which is where I really wanted it) and is exceptionally fast. Changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Incredibly Convenient, Fast... Install Portable Apps

Transfers files from phone to USB drive as fast as my phone copies/moves files from directory to directory on my phone. Use this to transfer files from your computer to your phone without waiting for the cloud. Also, windows won't be installing suspect software on your phone to recognize or use your phone as a drive. The loop is a nice feature as I can clip it to a hook in my bag or use it as a pull to remove it from my laptop. It's a tight fit.

For more functionality, install Portable apps on it so you can install and take your favorite programs with you. Install AVG and Malwarebytes to fix your own computer if it gets infected. Worried about using public computers while traveling overseas? Install Firefox and all your bookmarks on your thumb drive. Mount your thumb drive to a public computer and use the internet without fear of malware running on whatever virus infected browser is on the public computer. Not to mention internet overseas can be painfully slow or expensive. This will be so much faster than uploading your photos and videos to the cloud.

Better than Sandisk and Sonys alternatives

Was expecting a cheap Chinese flashdrive that would have flaking paint and physical connector issues 4 months down the line.

Let me tell you now I was COMPLETELY wrong.

Let me start off by saying how small this item actually is. Its about as wide as my middle fingers fingernail and about as long as my thumb tip to my thumbs 2nd knuckle and its just as thick as anynother male USB port

The outer casing is actually a solid piece of aluminum not just a paint coating. I can tell because
1) I put this on my keychain and the keys have scratched it somewhat with no flakes or cracks on the drive
2) it absorbs skin oils like untreated aluminum

The brownish end cap also locks on very tight. So tight infact I actually have trouble getting it off if my fingers are slippery and I would rather have it this way so the end cap never just pops off on its own.

The key ring is large, pretty thick and sturdy giving you confidence that it won't break away from your keychain randomly one day.

This is a great little (and I do mean little) thumb drive. It's well built, solid and fast. I'm not going to run bench tests on this thing, it's just fast. I dumped 500 pictures off my Samsung TabPro in no time and had them on my PC just as fast. It's an easy fun way to move pics and data around from your devices to a PC and back. It also keeps your data with you and not floating around in the cloud some where.

The 4 star rating is only because I'm certain that little plastic cover for the micro drive side will get lost pretty fast for most people. I'm fairly OCD so I've still managed to keep it so far. All in all a great solid performer and worth the price. I do suggest you hook something to the ring so you don't accidentally drop this little guy in the carpet and vacuum it up.

Arrived in time and intact. (The device comes with a few files already on it. One of them includes an app to download on your phone to help use the device)(I downloaded the app but I did not find it useful- I'd recommend using the ES File Explorer app which allows you to see all files on your phone, SD Card, and the Eaget device). I had trouble getting my phone to read the device at first so I tried it on the computer. I formatted the device on the computer and then tried it on my phone again. It wouldn't read it. So then I tried looking for an app that might help and I found Stick Mount. This app allowed me to view the device on my phone. Whenever you plug it in it asks to open with Stick Mount. After selecting yes it mounts the device letting you use it as an SD card. Once you're done you can unmount and remove the device off your phone. This device has really been a life saver for me. It allows me to move all big files to it giving me more space on my phone. I would recommend this to anyone who takes a lot of pictures or videos, downloads a lot of movies or apps, or has a lot of files. It'll help free up space.

Bought two of these, they're super solid. All the things they boast are worth the price:
* 64gb = large enough to be a multi-boot device.
* All metal = strong enough to be around for a long time or until the memory starts fritzing out.
* Micro USB = usable in most phones - though my use-case is for my tablet.
* USB3 = Fast enough to run a bootable OS with reasonable response time

That little grey lid on the Micro USB that you'd expect to fall off? I've had one on my keychain and another on my lanyard w/ my work ID. Both are still there a month later. Honestly though, it's not needed... unless you too have it on a lanyard but drop crumbs on your shirt every day...

Very fast on reads an writes. I love the form factor. The micro USB end is well protected inside the ring even without the cap. It works great transferring files (videos) quickly between my phone and computer (or to another phone). Definitely my new favorite USB key. And it fits great (I've had others that took a lot of force to insert).

Helps Mac and Android get along

I love this USB drive! I have a Mac laptop and Android phone and they do not play well together when it comes to transferring data. The micro USB plugs right into my phone so I can transfer files to it. I then unplug it from my phone and plug the USB end into my Mac to transfer files off. It is also handy when away from home and my phone gets full because of pictures or video. The keychain is great because I can always have it with me.
