It's an unfinished display, but was so excited, I snapped a quick pic. I was looking for 2 inch clay pots for aquarium plants and this popped up. Concerns about aquarium plants temporarily vanished. I have 12 air plants and have seen stunning ways to display them, but nothing tripped my trigger until I saw these egg shells. They arrived extremely well packaged, and in perfect condition. I was worried about that. Will order another set and have images of the eggs in a little nest of straw. And the white 'carton' itself has numerous applications. I absolutely love this product!

This planter is absolutely adorable! I bought some succulent clippings and planted them in here as a fun kitchen accent. They turned out wonderfully! I also appreciate the fact that they already had drainage holes in the bottom. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for succulents or herbs!

I purchased these little pots to use as stackable caves in a cichlid aquarium to provide each spawning pair with a breeding cave. Unfortunately, the pots we're much smaller than I expected and could not suitably fit my fish. I read the size info but for some reason I did not expect them to be as small as they seemed so this is of no fault to the product or seller. The product utself though was very cute and well made. If I had wanted them for the intended purpose I'm sure they would have worked beautifully.

The paint job is nothing like the picture. I will have to paint over them myself. The concept is cute and I have similar pots. I ordered these just because they looked like it was a better quality. Not so. It looks like they couldn't wait for these to dry and just packaged them. Some are chipped and one was cracked.

Bought this as a gift for a college bound plant enthusiast. Thought of the ability to pack it and keep it together. It comes with a little towel, which I could not figure out yet. What is the use? It is cute but they are really egg shell sized little planters, so the plants need to be tiny too.

Just Like Real Eggs

Really cute, but very small. They are about the size of a medium to large chicken egg. I'm sure someone a lot craftier than me could do something adorable with these, especially for Easter. I'm using them to root succulents and they work great, but are a little over the top ($-wise) for that purpose. BTW, these really are egg-shaped; they are round on the bottom and need the tray or something to hold them upright.

The shells come really discolored. If you're lucky enough to get a few that look OK, arrange those on the outside and look at your potted plants from arm's length, they look... OK.

I bought this item and filled them with succulents for a house-warming gift and it worked out okay.

Just don't expect to get a top-notch product here.

I really really wanted to love these little eggies because eggs are my favorite food! From far away, they're so cute. One star for the concept and for the good construction - pretty thick pots with a good base and a drainage hole.

HOWEVER, upon closer inspection...these were so horribly painted!!! To me, the paint job is supposed to be one of the most important parts to make the eggs look natural. Looking on the insides and outsides, it looks like someone streakily painted it and left long drops of the brown paint to just sit. Most, if not all the eggs have dark brown splotches, and the mouth of the eggs are really dark because I guess paint was pooling there while it was drying as well. I really want to exchange these for a better painted ones, but I'm afraid if I order again, they will all be like this again. If this problem can be fixed, I would definitely reorder, but for now...*sigh*...sadly I must return them...
