The 5' sack we received was so terrible we had to return it. There were two main issues: 1) the comfy sack wasn't even 1/2 full. It was so flat in fact that when you sat down your butt would hit the floor. 2) The memory foam inside the sack had many pieces (at least 1/4 of the bag) with a plastic type layer stuck to one side of the memory foam. This caused hard and sharp edges to poke you when you sat on it. Not comfy at all. It seems like they use leftover memory foam (probably purchase it from mattress companies) and for some reason our batch was full of plastic-coated pieces.

I was surprised to get such a bad quality comfy sack as the majority of the reviews were favorable and I also have a friend who ordered one and it is great. Shipping back to Amazon was a huge pain. They were great about paying for shipping and picking the item up, but they insisted I had to ship it back. When you buy it, it comes vacuum sealed. Once opened it inflates to like 4x it's size. I could barely get the product into a box. It would not fit in the box it was shipped in and I had to purchase two xl moving boxes, tape them together, and then shove the product into that. I know that, for example, if you order a mattress from Tuft&Needle and hate it, they don't expect you to somehow get it back into a box. They just have you donate it, get a receipt, and then send them a copy of the receipt. At that point they will offer a full refund. I don't know why Amazon wouldn't just do that instead.

My 13 year old daughter really wants one of these comfy sacks, so we might purchase one more and see how it goes. I'm hoping I got a bad lot the first go-round. We are still debating though. She's kinda deflated by the entire process. She saved her money for a year to purchase this comfy sack and was so disappointed.

Worth every penny!

Yes, this bean bag is expensive. But it is worth every penny. Not only is it very, very large - my boyfriend is 6'3" and it provides ample space - but it is incredibly comfortable. I strongly recommend this!

Giant and weighs a ton!

This bean bag chair is huge and very heavy. I was hoping to use it in two different rooms, moving it back and forth as needed. It is way to heavy to do this easily. It is fairly comfortable, but in order to fluff it up as you would with a regular bean bag chair, you just about put your back out. One person cannot simply lift it up and plop it back down on the floor to reshape it. There was also a very strong outgassing chemical odor when it first arrived which lasted for about ten days. It is much better now, but still slightly apparent. If you want to use this in one place and not move it, it should be fine. Appears to be well made.

Bought this for my 10 Year old as a birthday gift. When it arrived it was well packed. The foam shred'ns are basically vacuum packed into a solid brick. We opened the package and it was basically enclosed in a liner so we packed it all in the bag itself. It took some time to break it all apart and to fluff it up. It seemed like it would not stop growing. Bigger and bigger and bigger it got. Yea, it's all of 5ft and plump. She loves it and even sleeps in it from time to time instead of her bed. She Drags this beast upstairs to keep in her room and downstairs to the family room. It's not a easy task. She basically rolls it out her door and dumps it down the stairs and drags it around a few corners and rolls it though the door ways.

If you want a stationary big bag this is it. If you want to easily move it from room to room, not this one. Find something smaller. If you want your kid to use some thinking skills and build muscles moving it around, BUT THIS NOW !

i really love the idea of having a comfortable chair to sit in and relax reading a book. i was looking forward to have a comfy soft place to chill while the bean bag portion is not bad,when i got ht cover i washed it according to instructions and it is all bristly, i am really bummed by it. I would return it if i had kept the packing and could figure out how to get it back in the box now that it aired itself out. i learned and expensive mistake. totally bummed gonna look for a cover and see if i can mitigate my mistake. i am going to reach out to amazon and see what can be done

don't buy the fur one you will be sorry.

Not Quite Full or Supportive

Picked up the larger one as some additional seating when folks come over to play games. When I sit on it I practically end up on the floor. I let it inflate for quite some time and have flipped and fluffed, but it just lacks the fullness and support of the advertised image. Maybe I'll add some extra foam and that'll help, but overall disappointed.

I waited a few months for this to be back in stock and along the way the company answered my emails I wrote inquiring about the time frame within a few hours. They were amazing to work with, I 1000% recommend this company. The chair is worth every penny and the same high quality as LoveSac at a fraction of the price. My daughter has been over the moon about her Comfy Sack, for the first week I was getting text updates about how comfy it is (she's away at college and fell asleep in it every night)! Go, run, buy one! You will not be sorry!

Big Fluffy Chair

Big fluffy chair. Probably bigger than it needs to be, but since I'm a big guy, it's a good fit. Plus, the fuzzy purple fabric is very cozy and soft - it's very easy to fall asleep in, and doing so feels like a cloud. Like the instructions say, do not plan on saving the bag it comes in. Make sure you give it at least a few days or even a week to get all fluffy.

Four stars as it was a huge pain to separate the foam inside the bag upon arrival; however, 24 hours after putting in the work the bag was very cushy and appeared to be good quality! I bought the white fur cover which looks cute, but it was not as soft as I was hoping.
