This toy is huge.... my grandson saw it at a store and begged for it... I made sure to take a picture and yep, I was able to get it cheaper here...it is a pirate ship with a shark tail and face that actually opens and closes... it comes with a decent amount of accessories... pirate guys, a shark cage and stuff... it is completely plastic... no batteries needed... my grandsons were so excited to see it.. it has gone into the bathtub several times and gets drug around the house....it is very sturdy...I am not worried about it getting broken for a while... they have dropped it and thrown it and it is still in good shape... one of the things I love about this line of toys is they are totally unique... mixed up ideas you just do not see anywhere else....

I would have payed $100.00 for this toy.

It is the coolest toy out there. It's got 75 different sayings that don't repeat over and over and it's not so loud it's annoying .the remote is simple to use and driving is a breeze . The bat wing which I was nervous might hurt him or someone while shooting across the house has a foam soft rubber nose and is so light weight it wouldn't hurt a fly and only travels 4-5 ft . Before it takes off their is a countdown which lights up the little runway so everyone has a warning it's about to take off . The remote fits onto the back of the truck so it never gets lost . I have bought the giant 3foot Batman robot and numerous other toys popular right now which he loves but for the money I'm telling you this is the real deal . Get one while you can because toys like this are few and far between!

This item is really wonderful as a gift! You just need to know that the characters sold with small sets are the ones that fit inside it - ie. Shaggy with the Hot Dog Cart, Velma with the Snow Ghost, and Daphne with Mr. Hyde. The full set with all of the characters is about three times too large. Have fun!

I'm a big fan of imaginext products. I have three boys and imaginext is one of a few brands that holds up to their adventurous play. This ship was a birthday gift for my 4 year old about 6 months ago. It has been played with a lot by my own kids & friends that have come over. It has all sorts of nifty surprises when you push buttons, turn dials, etc. (another thing I love about imaginext) It has wheels on the bottom so the ship can glide along the floor. Quality product that will get many years of play from us & then probably be passed onto someone else for even more fun.

Had not seen this in the store and panicked when I saw it only on Amazon and already above retail! As a comic nerd turned father, I probably am into Imaginext as my kids (okay...probably more). This is a pretty ridiculous addition to the line of batmobiles and probably my favorite. Obviously styled after the armored version from Batman vs. Superman, but lightened up for little kids. Unlike previous iterations of the batmobile, though, it will not fit in the front door of our version of the Batcave, but that is more than fine...this thing is a beaut. My son has been playing with it non-stop since I got it.

Batwing launcher snafu // dc mobile comand center imaginext.

I m having problems with the batwing launcher. Most of time it doesn't work.

It freezes too, and have to hit re set a lot. My 4 year old grandson just had his birthday. He sleeps with it, that's how excited he is about it. Prying it from his hands will be tough, to return it. I will contact Amazon and Fisher Price. I thought it sounded like a circuit board snafu. Nothing seems jammed. He loves it !! He loves all imaginext toys.

Really Great Toy!!

Ordered this for my 3.5 yr old and he LOVES it. It's the best toy I've gotten in years. Well built, so many great features, and comes with everything you need (no assembly, no batteries!). Its kept him busy for hours. Definitely worth the price. And best of all pieces are perfect for toddler hands (there are a few small pieces so not for kids who still put toys in their mouth)

Cool toy, bad programing

I bought this toy for my son for his birthday. It really is a cool toy. He loves it.

I read some reviews that said it stopped launching the plane after three shots or something. We had this problem, but I figured it out. You have to push the buttons in the exact right order to get it to launch consecutively. You must lower the launch arm thing before loading the plane. If you load the plane first, it will not work. The whole thing truck freezes up. We found when this happens we have to turn the truck off, turn it back on, lower the launch bar, then raise it and launch the plane again.

I gave it four stars because my son loves it. I was able to teach him the "launch sequence" and how to turn it off and on to reset the funking computer chip.

This is a cool toy when you can get it to work. I just really feel like the programming could have and should have been more robust to handle the button mashing common for the recommended age range. Fortunately, my kiddo takes great pride in "fixing his truck" and "resetting it" or this one would have gotten a lower review.

Another great Imaginext Batman toy

My 5 year old LOVES Imaginext and Batman and started to ask for this toy the second he saw a commercial for it. He has quite a bit of the other Batman Imaginext stuff and loves it all. This set, like all the others, did not disappoint. It is a good size but not so large that it is hard to find a spot to put it away when not being played with. My son's favorite part of this play set is the waterfall that he "crashes" (as he says) Batman through to go get the bad guys. He also really likes the bat signal. I highly recommend this set for anyone who has a child that loves Batman
