My gosh I read reviews of riding toys much longer than I'd rather admit- looks like the research paid off(granted I've only had for 3 weeks) but it is used pretty much every day and my son, who's 8 loves it- he says it's like being on a ride at the carnival. It looks like so much fun- goes fast has a safety belt, drifts. Jealous- I want one! It's a better price on Amazon because spare battery costs $56- on other website.

Don't waste your money! Bought as a Christmas gift, my son only got to use it for about a half hour and then it stopped working abruptly. We assumed the battery died and charged it but nothing. Followed all the trouble shooting for what may be wrong and it is not functioning at all. Made for a disappointing Christmas vacation to have this very heavy and expensive gift from Santa sitting in the kitchen and not useable at all. Not taking a chance getting a replacement either. According to other reviews this seems to be a common issue

First off, our kids LOVE these scooters after six months of play! We bought two of them for Christmas 2016. The kids are still having a blast on them. Second off, the customer service is absolutely spectacular! They really back their product for a full one year warranty with no questions asked. The hard pounding these scooters go through, I've had two separate issues between the two scooters. Each time, the friendly and professional Rollplay customer service representatives sent out replacement parts extremely fast! I'm very happy we chose the Rollplay Turnado. Its such a relief to do business with a company that truly stands behind their product.

Far and away the best cart like available. We bought 3 and my kids ages 8, 7, and 5 have been having a blast!! The charge only lasts about 30 minutes but the kids are usually done with them by them. Plug them in and charge a few hours and they are ready to go again. Took a little time to get used to but within the first 20 minutes they all had it down pat and were laughing and having a great time.
Front wheels moving in different directions. Not useful after 1 year

I bought this product in June 2017. Last month the front axel ( that has both front wheels connected at the end of it ) went bad as one of the washers got lose and separated. Since then the both front wheels are moving in different directions . It is one month above one year and I don't know what to do now.
For every question you ask in amazon, they answer back asking us to call customer support. But it takes 1+ hours to get the customer
support. Don't suggest buying the product.

We bought 2 of these for our kids and it is a blast! The only complaint I have is there should be a way to exchange the batteries without having to take it all apart. This would be helpful when the battery runs out and we could continue using it using the back up battery.

Box was completely beat up and taped back together multiple times! Arrived with bent axles! Had to pull wheels off and straighten by hand before use!
It's a very fun cart to ride once the kids got the hang of it. Lasts about an hour before needing a charge. Foot pedal on/off operation with a rotating master switch to turn on or off. Needs a fairly flat area to ride.

This thing is awesome!!! Even though it is recommended for 8 year olds and up, my 6 year old son loves it! It took him about 5 minutes to get the hang of it, but he was a pro after that. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for something a little faster and more powerful than a power wheel, but not quite as fast as a dirt bike or something along those lines. The speed and power is perfect for my son. If only they made an adult version!
