Great for sensory needs

My daughter has autism. When she is stressed she digs at her left arm with her nails till she bleeds. it's not that she wants to harm herself or it's a way of handling life as she is overwhelmed. We use these as an alternative to self harm, and have been working great. She likes the texture and the feel of the bracelets. Allowing her arm to heal. The texture allows her to dig her nails in so she can still get the release feeling she need without hurting herself. I'm pleased it's been a long road and I keep these stocked for then they break or get lost.

Great for preschoolers who have a hard time sitting still. To be honest I was skeptical when I first tried it. I thought it would make the child MORE distracted with it on. The first day I had to remind him that he could only touch it or click it but he couldn't take it off or I would have to take it. He only wore it during SITDOWN times (not table work times)-But it really did improve his alertness and participation.

Great for adhd, anxiety, and Trichotillomania

I really like these. I have a 9 year old daughter with adhd and anxiety. She gets very anxious at school because she is often behind and she really wants to fit in and please her teachers. Because of this she will pull out her eyebrows and eyelashes and it has been very hard on everyone to see her go through this. Her teachers are great and have quietly directed her to the braclet when ever they notice her "pulling". Her eyebrows and eyelashes have grown back and she is "pulling" a lot less.

These are very durable and well received by fidgety adhd five year old. He leaves one flat on his desk and likes to touch it when he need to refocus at school. I was actually thinking of buying them for the whole class...

We decided to use these bracelets on our son who constantly picks at his nails. We used to wrap each fingernail with 3M Nexcare waterproof bandage tape every morning. Some mornings would be rushed and we would miss a day of wrapping our son's fingernails, and this would be a problem at school as he would be distracted with his nails and would not focus in class. We eventually phased out wrapping his fingernails and have since used these slap on bracelets. I ordered 2 sets (on different occasions) so that I would have them handy around the house. These bracelets have really helped our son! He is not so obsessed with his nails as much when he has his spiky tactile bracelets on. These bracelets have made our mornings much easier than having to spend extra time on cutting bandage strips and then having to wrap each individual finger!

Not happy with this purchase- within days the wristbands cracked on the ends, exposing the metal (or whatever that is) edge inside. Would never buy again or recommend.

While I like these bracelets for my Autistic Support class, all 3 bracelets broke within one month. The metal split in two creating a sharp edge that cut through the rubber.

I teach Kindergarten and purchased these for a student who had been having trouble focusing. The student needed something to fidget with that didn't distract others. These have been a great tool. I like that this was a three pack. I can keep the other two for students who will need them at later times.

Horrible smell

Beware of the horrible foul smell of the product. I have no idea what it's made of.

My daughter was very upset when I open the package and she smelled it. Also it takes a lot of force to make it snappy on the wrist. Great idea but horrible product.

Fun Bracelets with Texture!

I purchased these bracelets for my daughter (ASD) for Christmas. They were in her stocking and ended up being her favorite present (sorry $300 Nintendo Switch system!). She wears one of them every day and she likes the colors and the texture. Great product!
