Best doorway exercise I have ever used, but they need new manufacturer, proportions are a bit off, the back support density was off, I had to do added work, skimming and trimming the plastic excess to get it to fit, the screws are cheap and will tear internally, I didn't get one rubber handle, not that big of a deal, however was a hassle to put together, use own tools, also don't tighten anything fully until later, don't be discouraged It's highly effective tool..

Bought this as a holiday gift for my daughter. Just put it together and it seems very solid for a portable tower. Instructions are all pictures and it took me about 30 minutes to get it together and placed in the doorway. As mentioned by others, the padding is not thick but that can get bolstered. It comes with a very extensive guide for exercises, which she loves. First time up on it the molding on the doorframe splintered -- the house is 35 years old so not sure I can fault the equipment for that. Love how the part that hangs down can be so easily removed. So far so good.

This is great for rehab to work around an injury or physical therapy when you have a little problem with your balance. I couldn't do anything after an accident that took away some of my balance so I bought this and a 40lb weight vest and just hold onto the lower end that swings and I easily, instantly could do squats and lunges. The upper area hanging leg raise is impossible to do without equipment that takes up a lot of room but this takes up half a doorway and I take mine down in two seconds. Most physical therapy exercises can be done with this one unit. Most happily I remind myself I am not breathing other peoples air that came in sick as a dog to the gym. I am in control and my thoughts are on myself and not a room full of attention seeking gymrats. I quit my gym, bought a few other items and don't miss the gym at all. They even make a downsized weight cage if you want to lift heavy that fits in a spare room. A bench and a few dumbells and you are set. Everything fit together easily and I found no problems with bolts. I plan to get extensions for the lower horizontals that touch the door frame so I can move it from the door to my cage that is 3 feet wide. Well done. I appreciate the design. It allowed me to keep working out when My injured foot screwed up my balance. I believe it healed faster by doing lunges, just barely holding onto the swing as I did the motion.

Excellent idea and fitness equipment. It was very easy to assemble and good sturdy strong components that are well made. I love doing dips and this was about the only home gym equipment that satisfied my requirements. It hangs on the doorway, didn't leave any marks, can take loads up to 200 pounds. 2 pieces had slight problems. One screw was rusted and other piece didn't fit properly. I wrote to the sellers and they promptly sent replacement parts. Very impressive. Looking forward to using the equipment!

I'm 6'0" and 200 lbs. fitness tower flexes a lot under my weight. I wish it was a little more sturdy.
