I was originally introduced to this hand cream by my dermatologist. I have psoriasis on my hand and my medication wasn't working due to the fact I wash my hands 25+ times a day, washing the medication off.

I also work with tons of paper and a rubber finger and found many lotions to be ok too oily and slippery, causing my hands to become more dry.

This has a quick drying effect, but still leaves hands feeling moist. It locks in moisture and keeps my medication locked in so it can actually continue to work even AFTER washing a few times.
*NOTE: When you wash your hands after using this product, the soap does not foam so it feels like you're just washing with water. Don't let this bother you as the soap is cleaning the hands but this lotion helps to lock in moisture so the harsh soap doesn't keep drying them out.

This cream was suggested by my primary care doctor, who knows I don't want to use steroids or other harmful ingredients on my skin. I suffer with dermatitis on my hands and so far, this is the best cream I've used, and believe me, I've tried most of what's out there. It is a bit oily, but cotton gloves take care of that problem. I can't say it's cleared up my skin completely, but it does seem to have made a difference. I'd buy it again.

I bought this because I have a tendency to have overly dry skin and the dermatologist recommended not using the usual commercial fragrance types. Also wanted a few to have in work bag, etc. I threw mine away because the smell was as if it was an old product possibly? It certainly wasn't that it was too floral or medicinal smelling, it was like old shoes-that's the best way I can describe it. If you don't care about this, I would think you'd be fine.

I've suffered from extremely dry skin for 50+ years. I was given a sample of this by my dermatologist, and within one (1) day, I could tell the difference. I use this on my face and have started using it on my feet (horribly cracked heels). As long as it keeps getting made, I'll keep ordering it. It's fragrance free, but I do notice a mild scent that quickly fades.

I have dishydrotic eczema and am a physician. I have to wash my hands thousands of times per day which of course makes my condition 1000x worse. When I use this hand cream and a urea cream at night I find that it helps keep my condition under control. I just have to remember to re-apply every 1-2 hrs or so.

Works really well but has just an off smell. I mean I still use it because my hands are so very dry and this brand is one that seems to be one of the few that makes them not dry so it is a trade off I'm willing to make.

Excellent Price for a 3 Pack. Unfortunately the smell is ueber rancid. There is no expiration date on it. Item is not returnable so i will be throwing them away. Not gonna order from this Seller again.

This peticular item I received has turned rancid. I purchased this because I am almost out of this lotion I have . I am disappointed.
