This is by far the best purchase, period.

Let me clarify: I am not talking about best purchase for a keychain or gadget... I am talking about best purchase on Amazon, period.

This Key chain organizer have the best quality on the market. Everything else is just a conterfit to keyport. All my friends were impressed and bought one themselves before I do a show and tell.

A couple of years ago, I started seeing a new product emerge onto the market - key organizers. This new trend was helping people to organize all their unruly keys into one succinct device. One of my favorites was the Keyport Slide. It was elegant and simple to use. It gave you the option to incorporate all types of keys even those that were microchipped. That versatility was something that was hard to find. I've loved using my Keyport Slide, but I am a realist and know that for some, having a bit more flexibility in their key organizer is...well, key. That's why I'm so glad that Keyport released the Pivot, a wonderful key holder, and multi-tool that can work for all walks of life.

The Pivot is an amazing multi-tool that has the ability to really transform your daily life and activities. It's made entirely out of metal - anodized aluminum, stainless steel, and hardened spring steel - and will hold your keys, tool inserts, and smart tech modules like a BLE Locater, pocket knife, and mini-flashlight. The device features a unique locking mechanism - Pivot Locking Mechanism - that is fully adjustable to provide you with the right amount of tension for your personal taste and it will not loosen over time. The Pivot also has a D-Ring for loose items. In addition to a superior design over other types of key organizers, the Pivot also features Keyport's lost & found system, KeyportID, which helps you find your Pivot should it become lost. The purchase of the Pivot includes a free 2-year subscription to the service.

I really like this simpler take on a key organizer. There are some other products out there that are similar to the Pivot, but none that I've seen are made out of metal or designed to be a multi-tool as well as an organizer. So, I found this to be a wonderful addition to the Keyport product line.

My fiancé just recently started a new job and she just happened to be a wonderful case study for the Pivot. At her workplace, there are multiple offices being used by different organizations. So there are a lot of locks and doors to walk through. She holds a director-level position within the organization she works for so she has access to most areas of the building. As a result, she ended up with a lot of keys. On any given day, she has five keys in tow just to be able to do her job completely. They issued her a lovely cloth lanyard for her keys and she was really looking for something a little more tasteful and trustworthy - like the Keyport Pivot.

Installation of the keys was simple. First, you open up the Pivot by unscrewing the male pin from the female pin. You can do this using a coin or even one of the spacers that are included with the installation kit. Once you have that unscrewed, you can open the chassis so that it lays flat on your desk. Once you've organized your keys in the order you want them, you simply lay them onto the female pin one by one.

You want to make sure that once you are done stacking that there is a minimum of one key or spacer height above the pin. This will seem a bit odd as your keys will easily slip off of the pin, but once you start to tighten the male pin down, it will work out perfectly. If you don't have enough keys, you can start using the provided spacers and if you have too many keys, Keyport included an optional extension pin hand for that purpose. Auto keys and plastic headed keys are not recommended for use with the Pivot.

After you have everything lined up and place properly, you are ready to tighten down the chassis with the male pin. Once the screw is tightened you will be able to adjust the tension on the Pivot Locking Mechanism. You will feel a click every 90-degrees. I actually overtightened the keys when I was first going through the installation process. You can always loosen the tension click by click. This was a great feature to include because some key organizers like this don't offer any 'adjustment'. It's either tight or loose. Keyport made sure that you could make this one just right.

I mentioned above how you can add modules onto your Pivot. Well, Keyport has actually made this an incredibly slick design. The outside of the chassis has three small squares which are actually a slot to lock the modules into place. I chose to include the pocket knife module on this Pivot because it seemed like a good addition as a multi-tool for my fiancé. The module locks into place securely and can easily be removed by clicking a release button. I really think this is an ingenious design and love that it's interchangeable with other modules.

The Keyport Pivot is a great option for people who have a lot of keys they want to organize quickly and easily. It's secure, tough, and has a great style to it. I hope you will find this as useful as me and my fiancé has. She really loves the change from the fabric lanyard to this sleek key organizer/multi-tool.

Keyport has contacted me directly to solve the breakage issue and has sent me a brand new replacement. The response was extremely fast and courteous. They really wanted to support their product and make sure I was happy with the purchase. Great support deserves 5 stars.

A great idea for a product and I really was pleased with my purchase, enough to buy a number of the module add-one. Unfortunately, after only 5 months, one of the small pins holding the item together on the keychain loop attachment side has broken and the unit has fallen apart. I don't think I've given it any more Ware and tear vs other owners, it's just been sitting in my front pocket every day. Now, unfortunately, I'm stuck with what was a good product and a lot of adding that are useless.

Smart, elegant, and functional

With the EDC market exploding, there is a lot of bloat and tendency to load up on products that are more for playtime than function. The Pivot is a beautiful little product that streamlines your carry and helps you focus on what you really need. The chassis accommodates keys of course, but my favorite part of the unit is that it accommodates a flashlight and pen knife on the exterior. I purchased the knife separately and it is far better than you would expect for a component/modular knife. Even loaded with keys and tools, the Pivot is a lightweight and non-bulky unit that can be adapted in a minute or so to your needs. The included multitool is fully functional and thick enough to be a "real" tool, not just a gimmick. The Keyport web interface is very complete-short videos and registration/tracking info are easy to connect with and follow. I am extremely pleased overall.

Quite a few key organizers like this have appeared recently; I've tried several, and Keyport is my favorite. The keys don't protrude too much because you install them on one side of the device only. Uniquely among such devices, you can by modules that attach to the side of the device with items such as flashlights, TrackR-compatible devices, etc. Competing devices (KeySmart, Carbocage, etc.) expect you to dangle things like flashlights off the top of the keychain, which defeats the purpose of a Swiss-army knife-like device that organizes everything neatly. From a minimalist design standpoint, Keyport is the choice.

I do wish that Keyport had made the organizer slightly wider, so as to completely cover the thickets part of the key; it would have made the product absolutely perfect. But the important point is that it covers the jagged edge of the key, and keys don't swing loose.

Love the Keyport but had an issue with it, after a drop the top which connects to the key ring came off. I ended up using fishing line to connect to my keys.

So I got bored and reached out to customer service, told them hey I dropped it and this came off, after s couple of emails they sent me a repair piece and I'm back up and running.

Moral is amazing product (I hate keys rattleing) and even better customer service. They probably have my business for life now.

I bought 2 of these and they broke 4 times, not sure if it was a fluke or what but I really wanted this product to work which is why I paid for it a multiple times. On the first one the pin in the hinge broke and all my keys fell out (that actually happened twice but i was able to fix that with some parts I purchased from the craft store then the clasp on the battery plate that encases the batteries for the bluetooth tracker broke so the batteries fell out so the tracker didnt work anymore. I actually ended up buying a 2nd one of those as well. I invested well over $200 into this product and bought all the accessories available, the MOCA, USB, pen, 2 knives, 2 Trackr's, screwdriver etc etc because I think it's a great idea but the structural integrity just isnt there quite yet. Maybe the slide version is different but I'm on the fence if I wanna put more money into this company considering all the parts are sitting in a bowl right now and they all broke within 6 months of each other and I dont have a crazy job like construction or law enforcement, I work retail which is pretty cushy, so in the end cool idea just needs a little bit better design, maybe the slide 3.0 is better but I dont know about investing even more into this product

Just like most people complain about their bulky traditional key bags, noisy and unorganized keychains. Smart key organizer is definitely an innovative solution I am looking for. Among most of the popular brands, Keyport is my one and only one choice. First of all, it attracts me most is the Vision of Keyport designer, not settled merely with a Swiss knife key chain plus edc tools attachments, but to develop a platform where infinite unusual attachments are possible.

Other than keys, my keyport pivot is currently attached with folding knife. My sister once queried about taking it to flight. Then I made a demonstration to detach the folding knife. That's the point, it turns to a TSA-allowed item just in seconds!

Besides, almost all of their components can be combined individually to form another edc tools, brilliant idea.

Look at their website and Klecker website, I am highly amazed with lots of accessories available. Still not satisfied? Most of the tools designed for smart key system are fully compatible too.

Talking about the product quality, they are rich in details and sophisticated, I love its futuristic design. Compare to other competitors, I admit that Keyport is relatively not durable enough. However too heavy-metal design is not my consideration for selecting my stylish key organizer.

Other than keys and knife module, an electronic payment card (rectangular tag with black leather cover) is also attached to it. Recently I ordered a key-shaped usb drive, Keysy RFID duplicator as well as it's designated keyfobs. I decide to duplicate my current entrance cards and attached to it. So looking forward to its arrival .

Key organiser still not common in the city where I live. Whenever I take it out to pay the bill, or put on top of the table in a coffee shop, Keyport attracts a lot of eyeballs indeed!

Failed after less than 1-week!

I've used this key organizer for less than 1-week and the material is so soft that the key ring has already fallen out and the key organizer fell completely off my belt/key chain attachment. I had my key organizer attached, via the key chain attachment at the end, to a large key ring which was attached to a maxpedition belt keeper. I also attached 6 keys to my key organizer and used two of the included spacers as instructed. I had high hopes for this key organizer but after having it fall completely off of the included key ring attachment it's going straight back to amazon. Thankfully it happened so soon after I bought the item so it's within the return window. It was nice to not have my keys jingle like a janitor, but not at the cost of almost loosing my keys!

I did not like that the keys flopped around, it's twice as thick as competitors and it broke in 10 months. I'm gonna buy another KEYSMART, because they just work. The serial number return reward thing is really cool though, but not really worth all the problems with this unit.

I must add that customer service is really good with this company. They have contacted me and offered a replacement, no charge. I believe this is going above and beyond what is required, because the item in question is long out of warranty.

They have also offered one on one assistance in the setup to help me take care of the key flop problem. Further reviews pending.
