These hoodies are high quality and it's easy to blow up and deflate the pillow insert. Make sure you read the instruction card that come with it to know the proper way to inflate the pillow. I used it on an overseas flight and it was wonderful. During my trip I wore it almost every day! So comfy. I loved it so much I wanted to order another one. I had a small issue with the order and contacted Aros via email. They responded very quickly and went above my expectations to correct the problem. I highly recommend this product.
