The Climb Track is the perfect full setup. Our cats love the Vertical Sisal Pole, but we always had to set up our walls to give them a route down once they got up to the top. For the Climb Track, we combined a 4′ Vertical Sisal Pole with some of our other pieces so that the route down is built into the complex. This set is a great option for homes with multiple cats or one spoiled cat! Having sisal pieces around our home has completely stopped our cats from scratching the furniture. For the layout shown it uses four studs spaced out at 16 apart center-to-center. This complex comes with a 4-foot tall vertical sisal pole, with fabric attachment mounts on the left. The Cat Mod Climb Track comes in your choice of Unfinished, English Chestnut, or Onyx wood. All sets will come with the canvas color of your choice (second option upon choosing the item) and Nickel mounting hardware. We use solid wood for the shelving and mounting posts, and thick heavy-weight canvas for the hammocks. My cat loves it!

I sure have one spoiled kitten. I live in a much older house so the stud spacing was not the same distance. I picked up some high duty ez toggles and drilled them in which made it extremely sturdy. The climbing pole was mounted on studs and I designed the layout according to that. It did not take me 40 minutes but it might if you have proper stud spacing. It was not 40 minutes and took me a few hours. I placed the EZ toggles on the left and right holes outer holes for each attachment to make sure it's nice and sturdy. This was recommended by them and you do not need a middle screw. My layout is slightly different on the bottom as I did not want the stairs going up. It's a tight spot and my dog loves walking around there so I wanted it high.

I finally convinced my husband to splurge and get our cats these products and I couldn't be happier. My cats are 5 years old and 1 years old. The one year old is loving it - he's super adventurous and curious so he jumped on right away. I don't know if my older guy will ever get on. Since we got the kitten, the kitten's been a bit of a bully and they fight and I'm worried my older cat doesn't have the confidence. I got this mostly for him because I thought it would help him feel like he had his own space and I know cats like to be high up. I'm hoping the more he sees the kitten go on it, the more he'll be inspired to join. The products are well made and generally pretty easy to mount. It's probably a good thing the products are so expensive since I would probably turn my home into a cat super highway lining all the walls with tracks. I highly recommend!

Day one they're still a little timid, but all four cats have been on it. Ollie can be seen sleeping on it here. Craftsmanship is as good as everyone else says. Yes, it's a little pricey, I hope their sales go up enough that they can lower the price someday.

Just what my cats needed!!

I received Cat Mod Climb track and installed the other day. It took about 10m and my cats were running all over it, climbing up the post and jumping from hammock to hammock. I need to expand my system since they were both playing "king of the hill" at the cat escape hatch. System seems sturdy and well made with a lot of options to match your home. Instructions are clear enough as long as you have some assembly and basic tool skills. I assembled the system by myself in about 2.5 hours, so not impossible to install on your own, but would be much easier with a helper. The hardest part was keeping my cats away during install!

Will definitely be buying more items from this company and expanding my system.

This is a great cat track system. It looks nice in our house and the cats really love being able to get up higher than a regular floor-standing cat tree. The price isn't too bad, either, compared to the more expansive floor-standing ones. My cats are 17-20lbs and this track has no problem holding them up. It is a bit noisy on the other side of the wall when they jump on it, but I don't know that I can fault the system; just be conscious of where you mount it.

My only major complaint is with the mounting hardware. The included screws were kind of short, considering that they often need to be drilled at an angle into studs. Also, unless you have a long extension drill bit, your driver will be at an angle and the included screws are prone to cam-out and stripping. I put in a few of the included ones and then switched to some premium torx head construction screws. The brackets are difficult to get a good angle on because they are narrow, but such is the price for a sleek design.

Pros:
- looks great
- lots of height for the money
- cats love it
- not too hard to install
- doesn't take up floor space

Cons:
- can be noisy when large cats climb on it, depending on wall construction
- The finish on the boards was a little rough. It seems that the stain raised the grain and they didn't sand afterward. This is a minor nitpick and maybe unique to one batch.
- Expensive, but not much more than a large free standing tower
- Included mounting screws aren't great

Tips:
- get a long extension bit for your drill/driver
- spend a few $ on nicer screws at the hardware store
- use a laser-level for alignment
- the canvas is tight, but will stretch

A Real Lemon

This is a very beautiful piece of cat furniture. I don't know yet if the cats like it because I'm still struggling to install it. If you aren't already handy I wouldn't come near this company. The directions are a painful kaleidoscope of unclear directions. They give you a bunch of generic brochures and expect you to piece together the directions. Nothing is labeled. Also some of the brackets are just glued together, doesn't seem sturdy. And you have to cut the fabric to size. Not ready to assemble at all. If you like a puzzle you'll like this. If you want something easy to mount on the wall try another company.

Update: We installed it and the cats liked it, but it is almost imposible to assemble from the poor directions and poor workmanship. Some of the screws were stuck. There was glue inside where the screws were supposed to go. We had to use a torch to get the epoxy glue out of some of the pieces. If I didn't have a handyman to install it I would demand my money back. It took a day to rework it and get it up.

At first I thought it was going to be difficult to install. I recommend looking at their website for additional helpful tips on the configuration based on stud spacing etc. It turned out to be a lot easier to install and they include all of the necessary screws and even the drill bit. In short it looks great and our cat loves it! Great craftsmanship. I will be expanding with their other configurations soon.

We just finished putting up our cat Mod Climb Track. Our little Zuzu immediately jumped up the ramp and made her way straight to the top! She loves it. Installation was pretty fast and easy. We had to be a little creative with some odd stud spacing, but managed to get at least one side of most pieces into a stud. I recommend this for anyone with a cat who likes height, and an owner who hates having to sweep around cat trees on the floor! The workmanship and quality on the pieces are great. Nice solid wood with sturdy canvas.

Amazing product. We had been looking at these for quite a while but the price kept holding us back. The quality is good and installation was straight forward. It is the newer hidden bracket style and they are all into studs. We have three cats that go crazy on it and I have seen zero issues of support for them and it is still solid. Our cats love it and the only problem is now my wife wants to add onto it...throughout the whole room. The price is the only reason to me it is not a 5 star product. I know they are still growing and the cost helps them grow further. Hopefully in the near future they can provide the same quality product at costs that will draw even more people. A lot of our friends just love it till they find out how much they cost. However we will be purchasing more as it is a great product. Highly recommend if you can afford it.
