It's different does not collapse as easy had to unscrew the bolts to get it back down

Great concept but it does not come forward enough to cover a camera with a telephoto lens when using it in rain or snow.

Keeps your head dry, and that's it. Besides not working very well, the manufacturer is horrendous to work with. Shipping delays took over THREE YEARS! Yes, that's right, three years, and with the promise of product being shipped any month, oh wait, we mean next month, oh sorry, it'll be a couple more months - AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN... I would not recommend this product or the company that makes it.

Bought this direct from the company's website, came in about 2 weeks. I'm a vegetable farmer/ market gardener and thought it would be great for working and harvesting in the rain, it's not. If the rain is coming down lightly with absolutely no wind it will keep your head dry. Even in light rain the water is funneled down onto your shoulders and your arms are soaked in a matter of minuets. There is no way of adjusting the pitch of the umbrella, so if there is a slight breeze or any sort of wind your chest and maybe even your face will get wet. I've had better luck staying dry with a wide brimmed straw shade hat doused with water repellent.

Ideal For Grocery Shopping

I bought mine from the Nubrella website. I have owned the original model also. I don't wear it each time it rains, but I find it very useful when I need to carry things on rainy days.

I needed to go grocery shopping. It was slightly windy in NYC, which made me nervous despite seeing the videos proving this works well under windy conditions. It held up well, making me more confident.

I was able to pack some groceries in the Nubrella backpack, then carry one bag each in my other two hands with the Nubrella covering my head.

Prior to this day, I'd also needed to carry a box with both hands on a rainy day. It came it handy then also.

I am an aficionado photographer, and Nubrella has been the best addition to my photography set. I have used it for both sun and rain protection. Having my hands free while getting weather protection is just brilliant. I love it!

Very high end well designed product

I bought this off of ebay for half the price listed here, and I also can't speak to the amazon customer support, but I walked almost 3 miles (taking my kid to the library) wearing this in an NYC near monsoon and my head, shoulders, and upper body stayed perfectly dry. I should note, that I'm quite petite but I do have relatively broad shoulders for my size. In comparison, I have a very good stroller rain cover and though my kid was completely dry inside, the outer bottom of his bunting was soaked. Excellent, well designed product, can't wait to try it out on my bike next time it rains!
