HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is by far the worst toaster I have ever had. I thought it would be a cute addition to our kitchen decor, unfortunately they couldn't even design a toaster that functions properly. Small, thin things fall down on the sides and you have to pick them out with a knife and this cant even handle a slightly thicker thrn toast bagel, it was too wide for it, again resulting in picking things out with a knife completely ruining your item you wanted toasted. For almost $40 this is a COMPLETE RIP off! And of course, we literally missed the return window by 2 weeks. I wish I immediately tried thinner and thicker breads when we first got this, my bad, I only did regular toast the first few weeks.

The frame is plastic, so it smelled like burning plastic when we used it. It also didn't leave a defined picture of bob ross on our toast, which was obviously disappointing.
