I put my 1911 in the holster. we all know that 1911's are heavy bricks as compared to poly frame descendants, but the top of the holster does not hold the gun tight to the strap causing the gun wave around when walking. Learn from my mistake. Spend a little more for quality.

THis holster is good heavy material. I will say I bought this for my halloween outfit as the other "costume" holsters were just too cheesy. I have not yet tried with any of my real hand guns.

The holster fits well and is comfortable to wear. It holds large automatics in place with three spare magazines on left leg.
