Functional and hilarious

This shade makes me smile every day. It is as thin as you'd expect of a low cost sunshade but I have no trouble getting it to stay upright and it nearly covers the whole windshield. Honestly, I did not measure before ordering I just thought it would make my kids laugh when they saw Lightening McQueen in the driveway. If it was a couple of inches bigger all around it would be a better fit but it still works, just flip the visors down and pull the shade up behind them.

FYI: mine has grommets but did not come with any suction cups.

Love this shade! I knew upon purchase it would be too small for what I'm using it for but it looks super cute in my helicopter. All of the reviews about it fading, everything fades in the sun after a short time. It doesn't take long to fade something whether it's high quality or poor. My advice buy a few or more of these since the price is so great. This is a novelty type item anyway. Well worth the price.

Ink flakes off and shade falls apart after a few weeks

Looked very nice when received. However, after a few weeks the sun beat up the ink and it started to flake off. The whole shade is falling apart now.

TL;DR: Overall 3 stars; great price and colors/design. Lacking in size and sturdiness. Probably would spend more and find something with better size & sturdiness next time.

I have a red Subaru WRX and thought this would be fun. The price is good compared to some other novelty shades here on Amazon. The color is perfect for my car, and it looks just like the movie car's eyes. So that met my expectations.

It should be noted: this is for a shorter windshield.

It takes some effort and extra items to prop it up in my windshield. (It is too short and the sun visors won't hold it in place.). It is wide enough for my windshield, just too short.

It has elastic straps and suction cups for the passenger side that kind of hold that side up, but not on the drivers side. So for me it ends up falling down on that side.

It is kind of thin, so it really needs some more support. I plan to get a plain shade and mount this on that and see if that will work to keep it in place.

Mailing process makes it defective.

Love it. Just as pictured, but it did not get 5 stars because it was sent folded in half. Since it was mailed out this way it will not stay in the window, it collapses and falls out. So the mailing process basically ruined its functionality.

Doesn't cover my whole window so don't get it for that but do get it for comedy and putting a smile on someone's face! Absolutely love this cover! Glad there was a red one!

Not sturdy

Usually these sunshades last a month or two before they start sagging and won't stand up properly in the window. This one immediately sagged in the middle when placed in the window of my Ford Fusion. I had to use my old shade and wedge it between the center of this shade and my gear shift to hold it in place. Don't buy if you want a shade that will actually stand up on it's on.

Great fit for my red RAV4

This fit the windshield of my red Rav4 well. There was a card with Japanese writing telling me how to attach the suction cups, but the illustrations would have been enough . . . if the suction cups had been included. I opened up the entire package on a large table at the post office so they couldn't have disappeared although I did look on the floor just in case. My other shade was too small for my car and I needed the suction cups but this is big enough that I can do it without them
The shade is great but I really thought I was getting suction cups.
