This is a review of the Wasabi Kitkat. They are from Japan and are a novelty in the West and not that common in Japan either. They come individually wrapped in a box. Each kitkat bar is approximately 30mm long and has two individual bars joined together in the manner of a normal kitkat. The bars are a pale green colour which some may find off-putting. Close your eyes and listen to the snap as bars are pulled apart and you won't be bothered by the colour.

So, what of the taste? Well... Do you like Wasabi? Are you expecting your sinuses to magically clear? These little bars do not have the power of full-fat wasabi. They do have a bit of the spicy horseradish flavor of wasabi on the first bite and then the sweetness of a normal kit kat comes through. They are a tasty novelty to surprise your friends with (or to eat as a guilty pleasure) but for a proper "wasabi hit" look elsewhere. I like "˜em and I'd buy them again as an alternative to normal sweet snacks but I'm sure, especially in this case, that your mileage may vary.

All my kit Kat's choclate was melted exposing crackers the crackers. These were to be exotic candies for a get together with friends ant it turned out to quite imbearsing. Would like a replacement or refund.

I'm really happy with these. They arrived nine days after I ordered them although they weren't supposed to arrive for a month. They are packaged very nicely. And that taste good. I thought that I would be disappointed, but I was not at all. They taste like white chocolate at first, but then you grt a strong wasabi kick.

These kit kats definitely have a subtle, sweet taste with a hint of wasabi. If you've ever tried wasabi before, you know that you only need a little bit to go a long way! The kit kats smell like wasabi too. These are more of a novelty/oddity than anything else, but I suppose if you love wasabi then this is the candy for you. Like all Japanese kit kat "limited"/regional flavors these come in nice cardboard packaging.

I was kinda disappointed, these are a white chocolate with Wasabi flavor. There was not a strong Wasabi flavor like I was hoping for. Maybe a mild undertone of the flavor, they were not bad just not what I was hoping for.

The first shipment came melted and crumbly but it was quickly replaced with a perfect product! I would order more if I could be assured they would arrive in good condition as these candies are addictive with their subtle wasabi flavor.
