Product DescriptionThe Wholistic art of reflexology is based on the theory that applying pressure to specific points on the feet hands or ears will release blocked energy. Our Acu Shiatsu sandals have 100's of little rubber points that massage nerve endings. Why would anyone choose regular sandals when they can enjoy a mini shiatsu treatment when walking or even standing?
- 1 pair of Reflexology Slippers
- 100's of little rubber points
- Applies pressure on your feet which releases blocked energy
- Enjoy a mini shiatsu treatment when walking or even standing

These are good, but not as good as adidas addisage which I love (but are 2x more expensive). I feel the nubs in the forefoot more than the heel in these sandals. And they do feel a bit more prickly than the adidas. I liked feeling it in the heel in the adidas shoes, because I have plantar facititis, which is why I wear massaging sandals.
I'm going to keep these and try them for a while and will update this review later on. Maybe I'll get used to them and start liking them better.
I took some photos to compare the two. (My adidas are very old and beat up. My new pair got stolen at the beach, thus the need to make a new purchase)
Fitwise, I ordered the "M, Women's 8-9". They are a tiny bit larger than the adidas Women's 10 that I normally wear.
The packaging has a better size guide than the listing, here it is:
S/P: Women's 6-7
M/M: Women's 8-10
L/G: Men's 9-10
XL/XG: MEn's 11+
Hope that helps

There isn't anything I liked about this product. I tried to return it and they say they are unreturnable. A pair of shoes it's not right. It doesn't even deserve a one-star. If you buy a product you should be able to return it within the 30-day period.

First time I wore these I immediately felt them working. I had bought them at the ARE in Virginia Beach ten years ago. I've wore two pairs out over the past few years. I bought the last pair from Amazon. Happy to see they are still being sold. Good price and will be back to buy when these wear out.

These sandals are wonderful. I wear high heels all the time and have developed plantar facitis. My husband also has plantar fascitis and these sandals are helping both of us. I highly recommend them. For days when you have been on your feet all day it is so comfortable to come home and put these sandals on. I love to just wear them around the house when I wash dishes or just lounge around. My husband looks forward to putting them on after work and he has noticed a huge difference. Treat yourself and get a pair of these.

This is excellent. I had a bout with planters fasciitis and this help me to be able to walk. The planters fasciitis lasted for about a year and I was unable to walk comfortably with regular shoes. Whenever I was not using sketchers sneakers at work I used these. This is not for everyone. My daughter could not stand them. But for me, they work perfectly. In fact I'm wearing them as I'm doing this review.

Love them. I have neuropathy due to type 2 diabetes and it has really been helping my feet. They are less numb than before I started using them.

These sandals have become a crucial item in my quest to relieve my chronic foot pain. I remember trying a pair of Addidas sandals like these when I was younger, and they felt painful and uncomfortable to wear. At that time my feet were fine, so I didn't need or want something like this. As an adult, and having spent the last 18 years working on my feet for 8 hours a day, things have changed. I have purchased a couple foot massagers that helped me in amazing ways, but we can't always be sitting down at a massager when our feet need it. I decided to buy these because of their affordable price and solid construction.
When I put these on my feet are instantly more comfortable, and after walking around for a short time, much of the fatigue is gone. I prefer to wear socks with these, as my feet are still sensitive, but going barefoot in these still feels great. I've been taking these to work with me and wearing them on my lunch break, and it make the rest of my day easy to get through. These didn't solve all my foot problems, but they are one crucial piece to an overall solution for me. I plan on buying another pair.
I love these sandals (& so does my dog)

I have now purchased 4 pairs because I keep forgetting to put them out of reach of my dog who thinks they are the absolute best texture for chewing. For myself, the first day the nubs are kind of stiff but they soften up just enough very quickly. I now have a pair I keep at home (& will hopefully continue to remember to put them out of reach) and another pair I keep in my carry-on for traveling.
The size is a little bit off.

This is the thrid time for me purchasing this brand of massage sandal. I wear a women's size 8 shoe. I ordered a size Medium. They would fit a woman with a size 10 foot. They still work for me to wear around the house, my intended purpose, and are great with winter socks. Fortunately they are somewhat adjustable due to the velcro strap, so they stay on. Just a bit long, so I need to be careful not to walk too fast or I could trip. I don't remember the size being of concern the last time I ordered these.

I really needed this kind of slippers and it was so hard to find at the shops. I followed the reviews regarding sizing. I wear an 8 so I bought the M but it was too big for me. Way too big! I thought the nodules were a little bit higher on the arch since it was a "reflex massage sandals" like the one I bought from another country (which was only 6.50usd)but there was none. Apparently, it's just like a slider with nodules.
