Beautifully packaged with a personalized, hand written note from the seller. The hat actually came in a hat box! And the hat is a very nice, too hat. It came with an extra ribbon in a different color. The straps are easy to prepare to put on your pet and seem comfortable and ate adjustable.

My kitty has not worn a hat and we are going through a long, gentle introduction so that when he does wear it, he will be comfortable, confident, and dapper.

If your pet I'd experienced in wearing hats or clothing you will have no problem getting them into this hat. That said, if you have specific plans for your pet to wear this, and your pet is not used to wearing anything but a collar you will need to use high value treats and daily sessions to ensure your pet will develop positive association with the item of clothing well before you begin a step by step process of getting the item onto them.

In any case, this hat is very high quality and should be comfortable for your pet to wear once your pet is acclimated to wearing it.

Not only is the hat of exceptional quality, it was packaged quite beautifully. Carolyn included a handwritten card thanking us for our purchase and offering well wishes and a short personal anecdote. There were colorful flyers and an instructional sheet included in the shipping box (so helpful! Thank you!). And the hat came in its own fancy hat box! Not to mention, it was well packaged generally, so nothing got dinged or upset in the shipping process.

It'll be a little while before we can try this hat out on our new 4-legged family member (photos forthcoming when it does happen!), but even if he hates it and only tolerates wearing this only once, it was a great purchase. The experience alone of unwrapping his hat and being made to feel like valued customers was worth every penny. Thank you, Pampered Whiskers, for creating such a lovely purchasing experience. And for creating such a beautifully hand-crafted hat!

This product is high quality, and super cute! Bought this for my daughters cat Mr.Cuddles, and they love it! It took a few times for him to be comfortable with it on, for short periods of time. It is very firm, so the hat will not collapse with multiple uses. The best part is the personalized cards and notes that were handwritten, thanking us for our purchase! That shows they care about their buyers, and their product, and the awesome animals that get to adorn their beautiful products! Thank you so much, and we will definitely be back for more!

Wonderful, wonderful top hat!! Beautifully made, stiff (unlike many other "top hats" for dogs available, which are floppy and need to be stuffed), and sent in its own hat box so it arrived in perfect shape. Handwritten note included and this actually was one of the best buying experiences I have had on Amazon. My dogs love posing for photos and this was bought for those occasions, It's beautiful, superbly made, carefully packaged, and looks great on the pup. Could not be more satisfied.

The hat fits my dogs beautifully! I have a 25 lbs dog and a 8 lb dog and it works well on both! It also stays on very well with a comfortable adjustable silk strap. The hat arrived packaged beautifully in an adorable hat box sitting on a bed of cellophane. Also the vendor wrote a lovely handwritten thank you letter with information about the product . I highly recommend ordering from this company. Clearly customer service is a priority!

Pampered Whiskers definitely fills a unique need -hats and other accessories for pets-and fills it well! I bought the hat for a friend's cat (to wear to the friend's wedding) so I do not have a picture to post, but the hat came in a beautiful hat box, with cool cheetah-print tissue paper and a handwritten note from the creator Carolyn as well as instructions on how to use. Carolyn even said to contact her if I needed a different size chinstrap or anything else. Super nice! The hat itself was high quality and very well made. Definitely would recommend to others!

This is just about the cutest pet hat ever! Extremely well made and fabulous customer service!! I ordered the hat with the black ribbon, and already want one in red as well. I love the chin strap; it is soft and adjustable, unlike some that are elastic. I highly recommend this, and you will be so pleasantly surprised by the presentation. Thank you for a quality product!

It took me a while to figure how to have my cats wear it properly, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty simple. My cats look ADORABLE in it, but it's too bad that like most other cats, they don't like wearing any sort of item that isn't their collar, and try to take it off immediately.

Wow! I am so impressed. Not only did I get an adorable cat top hat, but I also got a hand written letter, a hat box and a calendar. I mean- this is service! So impressed I had to FaceTime 2 pals to tell them how awesome this was. Above and beyond!
