Great space, easy to set up, not happy about warranty

Well, we purchased this tent because we really wanted a bit more comfort and most importantly be able to stand up straight. The tent provides ample room for two. We actually set up 2 cots and have room on both sides to maneuver. The tent is also easy to set up. We are done in about 10 minutes. It requires a little getting used to, but once you get the way it is structured, it is very easy.

The issue we have is that we found some holes in the tent after using it only once. We think the design of the tent could potentially damage the tent. The factory offers warranty but after looking at the pictures I took, they were not willing to immediately accept responsibility. They offered for me to ship the tent back (at my cost) and they would then determine if the damage would be covered under warranty. If not, they could repair and I would have to pay for that including additional shipping. Well, I am not happy about that at all. I should not have to beg for warranty and they should have allowed me to ship the tent back at no cost and cover the damage under warranty. This is after all not a cheap tent.

Oh well, we decided to hold off and still use it but and are happy with the design etc., but the issue above still stings.

great huge tent

i finally got use this thing and i was impressed. i was up in the mountains and was hit with a huge rain storm and it held up great. i mean it was a nasty storm. it is a huge tent. the only flaw is the windows when you close them have two Velcro attach points that you have to watch out for. when you are pulling the window up to attach it seems like you really have to stretch the window to get it to attach. But great tent!

Well designed and constructed tent. Airy and comfortable with a few nice design touches (like a covered vestibule for the front entrance, velcro and peg latches for the windows, single wall, water-proof construction so no need for a rain fly). The provided instructions are the worst part. They are really not much help at all. I had to refer to a few YouTube videos to get better instructions - especially how the aluminum support poles fit into the grommets at the outside base of the tent. Even then, it took three of us about 1 hour to figure out how to put the tent together for the first time. The second time was easier, but still took a while to figure out some of the nuances. Once I got it down, however, the assembly went easy and the tent fully assembled is a marvelous, roomy "house"; one of the best I've owned.

Easy set up,easier with 2 people.it's like sleeping in a cabin.Quality zippers and material is light and strong.Online product video is pretty spot on.It's worth getting the nemo 4p blanket if you want to live large.
