I've used MyLab Box several times over the past few years. For the Chlamydia/Gonorrhea test, they give you the same type of professional collection tube used in clinics for urinalysis. It has a preservative to stabilize the specimen and you send it to the lab in the prepaid envelope.
When I first started using MyLab Box, they provided a Priority Mail return envelope, which took about 3 days to transport the specimen. Now, they've switched to First Class Parcel Return Service, which I assume was to cut costs. The problems is that it takes 5-7 days from point A to point B. The USPS has also misrouted many of my packages, which takes additional time to correct. Then, you have the processing time in the lab. You will NEVER receive your results "in as little as 3 days" using the return method that MyLab Box provides. You can count on 7-10 days at best, which brings me to the next issue.
Typically, clinics use overnight shipping to transport specimens for analysis. This allows for a quicker turnaround and reduces the amount of time that the specimen is subjected to environmental extremes. It also gets people into treatment faster, if need be. The manufacturer of this specimen collection tube states that the specimens are stable when held at 2-30 Celsius (36-80 Fahrenheit). I know for a fact that mail trucks are not climate controlled and often fall outside that temperature range. Furthermore, If you drop the package in an outdoor mailbox on a warm day, you've probably already exceeded the upper limit. I have to wonder how much the specimen degrades after being subjected to a week of temperature swings and jostling.
If I use MyLab Box again, I will provide my own overnight envelope and pay the extra money to ensure that the specimen is delivered to the lab in a timely manner. Everybody knows that the worst part of getting tested is waiting for your results. It causes a lot of undue stress that could be easily avoided by simply speeding up the transport to the lab. I would be happy to pay a bit more for a better experiences. What good is saving money if you have to wait for what feels like an eternity and still not have confidence in the results.
I think MyLab Box would do well to provide more context in their product descriptions.

The test is the same as is used at the local county health department, but providing confidential results online. I provided the results to my health care provider and I received antibiotics the same day.

This product is a mess. Order male test and get female. Order a test for one thing and get a test for another. Not sure I trust them to actually deliver correct results either

I would just recommend going to a doctor. I feel like I was able to follow the instructions correctly and I mailed in the package in a timely manner. Then I got an email saying I need a re-test with a link to their product page for me to spend another $80 on a test. I don't care what the reasoning is behind why my test results came back with "re-test", it just seems so ominous that you can tell me that I need to spend my money again. I'd rather have a medical professional handle this an ensure that my payment doesn't require me to repeat the whole process over again.
Edit: I must've viewed the page before the final results were posted. I had only seen the "re-test" as a result and I couldn't find much data on what exactly that meant. I later got a phone call that cleared things up with me. "Re-test" means that they're actually retesting the sample I gave them.
